A friend who has been using roids for years reckons i'll be fine on anadrol + dbol as first cycle...
however, having done a stack of research online, im not so sure... (concerns include liver toxicity of oral only stack, plus loss of gains post cycle)
i'd much appreciate anyone's opinion and advice on the anadrol + dbol stack.

well sorry to diss your friend, but hes a complete feckin idot and knows less than a chimp about gear if thats what hes suggesting, hes basically told you to punch a giant hole in your liver and probably die from it.
i dont mean to be rude, but in the 4 years ive been a part of the steroid world, that is without a doubt the most worse dumbass and dangerous cycle suggestion i have ever heard of.

i hear what you're saying about the liver risk.
iv already bought the gear but havent been tempted to get on it immediately, as wanted to do some thorough research before putting it through my system.
now that iv already purchased the gear, im considering leaving the anadrol in the drawer for a long time.... and maybe stack the dbol with something a little more sensible and less risk?
Dbol is very powerful drug it will beat up your liver if you take it long enough. Lets say you take 40mg a day that would equal to only 280mg a week...fairly little. Oh and when you do an oral only cycle you cant even look at alcohol funny and avoid over the counter NSAIDS. When I include orals into my cycle I only take them for 4-5 weeks. The best thing to do is get your blood test done precycle than come again and do it 4 weeks in. This way you will be able to monitor your liver values and assess your health. Always get lab tests done especially on oral cycles.

i know, sorry man but people who give people that kinda BS advice especially advice thats extremely dangerous just dam right annoy me because they aint gotta dam clue what there talking about.
good choice leaving out the adrol, id stack the dbol with a good base such as test ethanate at 500mg a week, that will be 2x250 injections.
checkout pheezers link posted above. it aint just the liver thing, its the fact even if that wasnt harsh, it would be a waste of time anyway and bloat you full of nothing but water which would inevitably dissapear soon after.

Basic 1st cycle
Weeks 01-10 500mg Test E - two injections per week @ 250mg
Weeks 11-12 Maintain clean diet and lifting
Weeks 13-14 40mg Nolvadex per day
Weeks 15-18 20mg Nolvadex per day
10mg for 1-2 more weeks.
