im starting my first cycle using dbol, test prop, and nandrolone cyp.
im 25, 200 lbs, 6"0, training for several months.
the guy who told me this was a nice first cycle, says:
week 1 & 2 20mg dianabol ed , 300mg of nandrolone cyp week, 100 mg of test week
week 3 & 4 30 mg dianabol ed, 300 mg nand....week , 100 mg test
week 5 40 mg dianabol ed, 600 mg nand, 200 test
week 6 50 mg dianabol ed, 600 mg nand, 200 test
week 7 40 mg dianabol, 300 nand, 100 test
week 8 40 mg dianabol, 300 nand, 100 test
week 9 to 12 30 mg dianabol, 300 nand, 100 test
my diet, is simple try to stay clean eat 5 to 6 times, mostly tuna, chicken or fish.
what gains can i expect?
when i can start seeing results?
i train 1 hour of box, and 2 hours of weights.
whats the best routine or scheduale for this cycle?
if you ask me,your cycle total wrong! but total! who tell you to do that cycle dont know what he talk!
why not do it correct?
do some newbie cycle!
500mg testosterone a week 1-10 go with testo enanthate or testo cypionate
400mg deca durabolin or boldenone 1-10
40-50mg d-bol a day 1-5
always add some anti e to not got gyno...best is arimidex,but most expensive you can do also nolvadex! 1mg eod arimidex or 20mg nolvadex a day..for all cycle time+ 3 weeks after last shot
for pct add hcg! 2 x 2500iu a day for 3 weeks..its for your balls
for first cycle is best to do it good and you will gains maxx gains in life in 10-12 weeks..with cycle i write you you can gain for sure 25-30lbs..
with each next cycle you gain less..so best is to shock body with first cycle and explode!

ok pct for 3 weeks after my last shot? i care about my balls lol.
ok but 40 to 50 mg dbol for the entire 12 weeks?
and if i do this newbie cycle, and train hard what real gains can i expect?
if your gear good human quality then man 30lbs is here..but also good diet,,a lot of food, 4000-5000 call a day! and train hard..4-5 x a week..

is dbol dangerous after? ive read is liver toxic for that reason you want to cut it and week 5 or becuse at week 5 i should get the effects of the injectables?

You guys who gave this guy advice are missing the points which I will list below:
1.Training for several months.
2.The poorly planned cycle.
3.Diet is "simple","try" to stay clean.....
4. Train 1 hour of boxing 2 hours of weights.( Is this per day or week )???

yea i dont know where u guys come up with these "newbie" cycles-but it is only a matter of time before someone listens to that terrible wreckless advice and really messes theirselves up.

1. ok ive been training since i was 19, but suffered a car accident so i drop the gym, and about a year ago, i start training seriously again
2. well this guy who planned this cycle, gives cycles like this to a lot of guys.
3. diet is about this:
1 meal
4 eggs
milk
protein shake
meal 2
can of tuna
vegetables
1 slice of 12 grain bread
meal 3
protein shake
1 banana
workout
meal 4
2 cans of tuna
veggies
4 eggs
meal 5
chicken breast
veggies
1 apple
4. 1 hour boxing from mon - thu
2 hour weight training mon- fri
