first cycle ever

freind of mine suggest tren ace / prop im 28 5''11 150 i train in mma and race dirtbikes .Ive been reading threads on here for three days straight but it looks like this isnt to good to try for my first cycle can anyone help me out.I want to get around 165 to 175 more strenght and be able to keep my cardio good.Plus get cuts i have always been more lean than cut .
