Hey guys, I am new here. Just a bit about me...January 1st of 2008 I weighed 227lbs, and when I weighed myself this morning I was 162 lbs. I still have a belly though, and wanted to do a cycle to help me get more cut.
My diet:
Breakfast : Protein Shake
Morning Snack: Protein Shake & 5 raw almonds
Lunch: either 1 can of tuna and salad (spinach) with low fat vinaigrette or 1 chicken breast grilled or boiled with broccoli or salad.
Afternoon Snack: Protein Shake & 5 raw almonds
Dinner: either 1 can of tuna and salad (spinach) with low fat vinaigrette or 1 chicken breast grilled or boiled with broccoli or salad.
After workout: 1/2 serving protein shake
Bedtime: Protein Shake (Casein)
I am really wanting to get rid of the rest of my gut. I am 5'7'' and 162 lbs. I am 28 years old. I go to the gym everyday and do a combo of weights with cardio (HIIT). Though I don't lift everyday, i do cardio everyday. I only drink water...and a lot of it.
Okay...what I'm considering. I am not sure what the best route to take is....

Clen??? Again, my goal is to shred as much fat as I can....
Could I get some feedback please? I am not interested in injections, only oral. If possible, can someone outline a proper stack with how much / what I should be taking?
