Default First cycle help

Hey guys, I am new here. Just a bit about me...January 1st of 2008 I weighed 227lbs, and when I weighed myself this morning I was 162 lbs. I still have a belly though, and wanted to do a cycle to help me get more cut.

My diet:

Breakfast : Protein Shake

Morning Snack: Protein Shake & 5 raw almonds

Lunch: either 1 can of tuna and salad (spinach) with low fat vinaigrette or 1 chicken breast grilled or boiled with broccoli or salad.

Afternoon Snack: Protein Shake & 5 raw almonds

Dinner: either 1 can of tuna and salad (spinach) with low fat vinaigrette or 1 chicken breast grilled or boiled with broccoli or salad.

After workout: 1/2 serving protein shake

Bedtime: Protein Shake (Casein)




I am really wanting to get rid of the rest of my gut. I am 5'7'' and 162 lbs. I am 28 years old. I go to the gym everyday and do a combo of weights with cardio (HIIT). Though I don't lift everyday, i do cardio everyday. I only drink water...and a lot of it.


Okay...what I'm considering. I am not sure what the best route to take is....

Tren, Winnie or Anavar, Clen or Winnie, Anavar, Clen??? Again, my goal is to shred as much fat as I can....

Could I get some feedback please? I am not interested in injections, only oral. If possible, can someone outline a proper stack with how much / what I should be taking?

I nominate anavar+clen, or, anavar+T3, or, anaar+T3+clen. Tren is too advanced for a first cycle and will only give you grief.

Your not doing your HIIT training and weight training all in one shot are you? I prefer cardio in the am on empty stomach and weight training in the evening with a thermo all day...that way you are jumpstarting in the morning, then the thermo keeps you burning all day, then you continue to burn through your intense workout, then slowly calm down and retire for the day...repeat...diet will continue to get that gut out, if you lost that much already natural (awesome job by the way) why dont you just continue on that mission?? If your gonna add something make it the clen and see how you like it but I would suggest other thermos first..the winny will harden up the mass you have by loosing subcutaneous water and help you maintain what you have already built...and the tren in injectable and you said thats not an option anyways..good luck on your training decision!!

You need to design your diet.
There's nearly no fat or carbs in it.Your body will be using protein as an energy source.
If you want to build muscle and burn fat,you need to fuel the muscle.
No amount of drugs will help with a diet like that,you'll continue to wither away until you look like a little old lady.
Time to change the diet out.

@ jasthace - What should my diet be then? Im confused as to what to do. Any insight? and it was my understanding that fat is stored energy, and as such, ur body would resort to the stored energy if I didnt provide it with any. Am i wrong on this?

@ Dzaster - Where I would like to be able to do my HIIT in the morning everytime, unfortunately I cannot. I do it for about 20 mins after my lifting on the days i lift. And yes...i lost the weight naturally. I just feel like i've hit a plateau and would like some help hitting the goals i want. I am also on a thermo right now as well.

@ Renegade69 - Umm...which of the ones u mentioned would be most beneficial for me and my goals?

jastace is correct, your not geting enough healhy fats. And you do need "some" carbs from a healthy source try oatmeal / sweet potato / whole wheat bread, just limit your intake and avoid them after 6 at night. Think of this when it comes to carbs " If its white, it ain't right"

Also cut back on the cardio and get serious about the weight training, You will burn more fat when increasing LBM (lean body mass)

5'7" 162 seems pretty thin ??? Do you know you BF% ?

I would avoid any orals not overly beneficial in your situation with the risk involved and STRICT routine they encompass.

Regarding your gut ! Between sets hit the flat bench do 50 reps of leg raises or Hanging crunches or some form of abominal excercise. Do them every other day ! But at least 3 sets ! Increase them as you can hit 50 easy by 20 or go to failure.

HIT is good for building strength, you need a well balanced muscle building routine.

Okay, I will start incorporating some complex carbs into my diet. Cut back on the cardio?? Then what would you suggest as far as cardio frequency? No, unfortunately I do not know my BF %. I will buy a caliper and measure it myself. My body seems to store all it's fat in the midsection, so where it might seem thin, I still have a gut. It's rather annoying....

Thank you for the advice for my core....my core regiment is quite intense, however I will try to incorporate more.
