Default First Cycle Question

Over the past year I have researched a lot about the pros and cons of Steroid use. I decided I would like to try a straight Test Injection once per week for eight weeks. I was thinking a longer chain ester, so the levels remain stable the whole week. My main reason for doing this is to increase red blood cell counts. I actually do not want to gain a huge amount of mass, nor do I want to retain water. I figured Nolvadex was an obvious answer to the estrogen problem. Here is my problem. I am not a power lifter. I do lift hard three times a week, but my main concern is logging a lot of miles on the road--Above 80/week. This breaks down muscle quickly, and I wanted to see if a light injection weekly would improve my endurance. I talked with a doctor about this, and he said hormones will not help me improve my endurance because the weight added will be conterproductive. I do know that diet is what adds calories, so if I increase my diet just a tad with more protein can I prevent too much weight gain while getting benefits from the extra androgens? I eat about .8-1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, and I eat well over 2,000 calories in carbs to support my high mileage. I am 5'9.5" and I weigh about 145. I have been training for 4 years seriously, and I have supplemented with Creatine, whey protein, ZMA, Tribulus, ALA, and a few others.

Can I have some input on this issue. Thanks.

Test would be a waste for what you want in my opinion. You want to increase your endurance? Why not just start running on the treadmill for an hour everyday? Im sure that would increase your endurance. If you need help for your driving 80hrs a week, take some eca. It'll give you that "wired" feeling, keep you alert, and you might lose some fat in the process. I've never needed endurance to drive for extended periods. Just something to help me stay awake and focused.

its not recomended to take any steroids at a young age, growth is still going on even if you have stoped getting taller. steroids may stunt this growth, and thats not something you want.

also it is important to know how your body works, things like the way you train and the way you eat are far more important and should be learned before you take it to the next level.

I figured I was too young. I don't drive 80 hours a week. I run over 80 miles a week. I did have an X ray done 8 months ago, and I asked if my growth plates were closed, and sure enough they are. I suppose it wouldn't hurt me to wait a few more years.

Ok..you were not real clear on the 80 miles or 80 hours thing.what your question is should sound more like this:" I run 80 miles per week(for work or play?) I am 19..I need to take or do something to increase my endurance..any suggestions would be helpful".
80 miles per week? I have to ask..what ever for?? How much more endurance do you need? Does the 80 miles come easy or are you barely getting through it?80 miles is going to burn alot of energy..hope you are feeding the machine..The xray covered all areas of your body so doc could thoroughly check all growth plates?get the streroids thing out of your head..you need other suggestions aas not being one of them. What do the rest of you members think ?

Whats with all the running?
If you want to get big/strong you have to knock that on the head ,
You're doing too much,you won't get stronger wasting all your energy running down the road.
Whens the last time you were able to up the weight on you bench press ,squats or dead lift?
Having trouble with that are'nt you,cut the running out.
When you're huge you don't need to run,who's going to chase you?
