First Cycle Question : Nolva during it or not?

Hey guys, just a quick question about my first cycle I'll run in June... It's a simple Bread and Butter :

DBol weeks 1-5 > 35 mg ED
Test weeks 1-10 > 500mg (2shots/week)
Deca weeks 1-10 > 400mg (2shots/week)

Post Cycle > 4 weeks of Clomid 2 weeks after last shot of Test/Deca:
Weeks 1&3 > 50mg ED
Weeks 2&4 > 100mg EOD


According to AnimalMass's Post...

"Also, you should preferably have arimidex on hand, but if not, nolvadex is fine. Use them if you start getting itchy nips. Arimidex is far better than Nolva, but they both work well to combat gyno and water retention. The clomid is better at the end of the cycle for getting the nuts going again and restoring your base test levels."

QUESTION:

What's the dosage I should take them??
20mg ... 40mg... NOLVA EOD????

Stats:
165/5'6"/not sure about %BF but I'm lean.../hit the gym 4-5 times a week

only use nolv if needed for gyno. if you do do 40mg dose 3 days in a row, than 20mg ed after. you may need more or less for your ed dose, 10 or 30 but 20 is a good starting point.

You didn't ask this, but most anyone will tell you to drop the deca to 8 weeks, (it won't be cleared by the time of pct). Also, think about 20mg nolva throughout cycle up until clomid, (as you stated clomid starts 2 weeks after last shot). Your clomid should look more like this. 300mg 1st day, 100mg day 2 -14, 50mg day 15-21.

Like I've said many times...keep it simple...this being your first cycle, DROP the deca completely!!! You are still asking about PCT, and with deca there's no room for going about it the wrong way. So just use the test and D-bol..up the test to 750mg per week if you want, but I believe it's not necessary.
Keep reading and learning bro..we all do it. Continuing knowledge is the key..we do things totally different NOW than five or ten years ago....

My bad... Deca is only weeks 1-8...but maybe I'll save the Deca for the second cycle.

I'll keep Nolva handy then.

Just frontload the Deca the first two weeks. Why just keep 2cc's leftover in the vial.

I know frontloading is not recommended for first cycles, but I don't think it would be that big of a problem.

If it's mex gear, there will not be 2cc left bro! lol

I run nolva or arim for the entire cycle. I don't like bloat and without it, I look
like a water balloon. Nolva or clomid will also improve your blood lipid profiles
while on.

One guy said something about keeping arim on hand in case of gyno. I can tell
you, it wont help out at all right away. It will only keep additional estro from
being produced, but will do nothing for what is already there causing the problems. For that you will need nolva, which will block existing estro from
binding to the ER.

always run test at least one week past anything else you run it with - the crash will be less that way
