Hey everyone this is my first post, and i got a few questions for the more experienced on here. a little about me....... I'm 18, and i bust my ass in the gym daily, I used to be the fat kid, but those days are over, and I'm doing this for myself, and want to do it right and safe as possible. I'm going to start my first cycle of steroids soon, and i would like some advice. First, my cycle, I'm going on a Sust. 250 cycle, since being my 1st time i should get some good results correct? Im going to do a 8 week cycle on weeks 1-3 Ill take a 250Mg Shot Weekly weeks 4-5 a 500mg shot weekly then week 6-8 drop back to 250mg weekly I was thinking of adding D-bols, but for my 1st cycle ill do just the Sust. and do a D-bol mini cycle later. what would give better results? that or spredding it into a 250MG shot/week for 10 weeks? Also i read to start taking clomid starting on week 9 after the cycle is over.....would it hurt me to start the clomid while i start my cycle? Because i already suffer from some form of gynecomastia, i went for a checkup the doctor said id loose it if i lost weight but i have lost weight and still have puffy nipples. (Which i will get operated on later on) I went from 238lbs to a current 185-189lbs After my cycle will i need HGH? or should the antiestrogen also help bring back my regular Test. Level? ------------------------------- Part two is after im finished with my cycle i was thinking of doing a Clenbuterol cycle for a little fat loss, to look more ripped. Question is Clenbuterol isnt exactly a steroid so could i do this exactly after doing my cycle of steroids? or should i wait a bit? And while Im on this does it count as time off of steroids? 2nd of all Ephedrine? or Clenbuterol, i know how Clenbuterol is active 24 hrs a day but which do you think packs a bigger punch? Thats all sorry for the long post, but thanks for the help and time youve taken to read it. |

You are to young, 8 weeks is to short try 10-12.tapering dose is pointless and will lead to unstable levels... 250mg is kinda low. that cycle is garbage And your PCT needs a lot of work. You have a lot of research ahead of you and a few years to wait, if you are smart.

hello everyone, to answer some questions, I have decided to do steroids at this age even though I know the dangers ect especially at my age. but i want to do them now, i see it more important having a great physique now then later on in my life. I really want to start now, and am serious about eating healthy etc, For the growth problem, i am 5"5ish and i believe this is all i will ever grow my whole family is pretty short father is 5'4" and my mother lol, id say around 5'1" so i'm not worried about getting taller, also my dad, and 3 of his brothers are bald (one is only 25 and never used drugs) and has the worst baldness. I realize this will prbly be a problem for me as well. I'd prefer to use Sustanon 250 over test, ive heard alot of good things about sust. even at a dose of 250mg especially for beginners, and 500 will make miracles, Also heard its one of the safer drugs out there, but if test will do great i will use that then As for 8 weeks being to short thats what i thought, but i got the test cycle i posted off of pharmanabolics.com And lastly, i will probably take more nolvadex, or clomid then the average due to my already existing gynecomastia problem. |

There is so much you could accomplish over the next 3 years without steroids by training right and eating properly. If you say in your post that you are "busting your ass in the gym every day" then you don't know how to train. If you start juicing at 18 you will be burned out by the time you are 30. Why is it so important to look good now anyway. For chicks?!! Forget it. Most of them prefer the fitness look to the bodybuilder look and in fact you will attract more gay men than chicks with a bodybuilder type physique. Forget juice until you have maxed out your genetic limit and develop other interests in your life like accumulating wealth and making lots of friends and connections for later in life. I wish I was 18 again, you got the world by the balls so don't fuck it up with bad judgement. If you want help to max out your natural potential list your current training routine and diet.

| Test and Sustanon is the same shit... Sustanon is made of Testosterone which has 4 different esters attached to it... You have many variations of Testosterone out there, these are the most common: 1. Testo Suspension 2. Testo Propionate 3. Testo Cypionate 4. Testo Enanthate and 5. I say I bust my ass....... and i do, i never said i havent seen or made results, my lifts have gone up by crazy especially bench, from a 125 to a 245 Max and Me and alott of ppl can see a change and have been complimenting me. current training routine and diet is Food Intake 7AM breakfast- 2 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop whey mixed in 3 egg whites 1 whole egg snack 9:15 AM 1 tuna or chicken sandwhich on light whole wheat bread 1 optimum whey protein shake Lunch 11:45 AM 1 tuna or chicken sandwhich on light whole wheat bread 1 bananna 1 salad with tuna mixed in supper Usually consists of 2 whole wheat tuna, or deli turkey sandwhiches, or chicken and sweet potatoes etc. Pre workout 1 bananna Post work out 2 slices white bread 1 scoop whey with skim milk Cottage cheese Bedtime Cottage cheese mixed with a little bit of whey -------------------------------------- My Workout schedule Mon- chest,delts, tri's tues- thighs calves abs weds- back, bi's, abs thurs- chest, delts, tri's fri- thighs, calves abs sat- back, bi's,abs sun- cardio abs do a lil jog daily as well |

i got that from flex magazine, its not to bad even tho i hit the same parts twice a week i hit them with different machines, also sunday is my off day i do no liftin on sunday.

Bodyparts should be trained every 5 days with a couple of warmup sets followed by no more than 2 working sets. Routines in flex magazine are usually made up by untrained writers who don't know anything about real world training. Your diet contains alot of sandwhiches----WAY too much bread in that diet. Keep the protein sources like tuna, chicken, turkey, and lean cuts of beef, lose all that bread and replace it with good fats like fish oil and nuts, preferabally almonds, and maybe some flax oil. As for the gains you made so far, you got a long way to go before you should consider steroids. You should be benching in the 300's and squatting in the 400's naturally with a good diet and proper training. Again this is not what you want to hear but at 18 you are nowhere ready for steroids.

It seems like you've already made up your mind regarding your first cycle. Since that's the case, run the Sustanon at 500 per week for 8 weeks at 2 shots per week. Don't bother tapering on either end. Do eat some carbs, you will need them for energy and mass, but stick to whole grains and vegetables...avoid white bread, pasta...crap like that. Even though there will be those who will tell you 500 per week of Sust won't help and 8 weeks is too short, You'll definitely feel it and you'll see moderate gains from it as it's your first cycle. If you have enough for 10 weeks, knock yourself out but have your ancilliary drugs ready either way. In my opinion...8 is enough (no pun intended).
