I am considering using winstrol. I have never taken any steroids before, but a friend of mine has and we talking about going on winstrol to get more defined. I am 5'10" and 185lbs, 15% bf. I am hoping to drop a few pounds and decrease my bf to below 10%. I have a very good diet and workout plan in place. I have dropped 25 lbs and 5 % bf naturally since i got serious, but I feel like I have platued and need a boost now.
My question...based on reading about winstrol it seems I should take 50 mg every day for best results. I was orignially planning on doing it for about 4-6 weeks.
Does that plan seem ok? And do you think I will reach my goals in the 6 weeks or would I have to cycle again?
Again, I am a newb at this so any insight is appreciated.
Winstrol does not burn fat. It is used in cutting cycles because if someone is already low in bf, then the hardening effect is more prominent. Try adding an ECA stack into the mix to speed up your metabolism. Also, what is your diet like right now?
the point that roids dont burn fat during a cycle cant be stated enough.
the reason to really take roids during cutting is to keep your body from going catabolic, you still need to do cardio and eat clean, in fact you need to pay very close atteantion to all your macro nutrents during a cycle in order to take advantage of AAS, im of the opition that if you cant even manage your diet/bodyfat off cycle your only going to be wasting your money buying AAS.
but what the hell, if you wnt to take winstrol be sure not to forget the test to go along with it!
i would continue eating good. but whats good to you might not be whats really good! maybe take another look at your nutrition and if it was me i would do some clen and t3 for a month. not to hard on you and not to expensive.
I eat about ~2000 cals a day. Breakfast is normally Special K Protein and cottage cheese with some fruit. then mid morning I eat 1/2 of a protein bar. Lunch is generally a garden salad with a small amount of grilled chicken. mid afternoon I eat the other half of the protein bar. I go to the gym after work from about 5-7. I lift for about an 60 - 75 minutes, with 30 minutes of cardio. For dinner when I get home I have steak, chicken or fish, with a side vegetables or a potato. I also do cardio for 45 minutes in the morning before breakfast.
you dont eat enough, belive it or not you have to eat to lose fat.
make sure your doing caedio in your target heart range, and for long enough.
and thats not nearly enough food for a cycle, wil you lose fat eating like that on cycle? more than likely, but youll gain it back after your off and youll lose the lean gains you might get from the cycle after you come off.
your going to be able to eat as much as 2 grams per lb. of body weight in protein when cycling.
your carb intake and fat intake will very acording to your body type and lvl of activity during the day.
Well that was the issue for me. I had to cut back my caloric and protein intake because I stopped shedding weight. I was steadily losing and was happy, but have been stuck for a few months now at my current level. I used to also do 60 grams of protein in shakes a day and a bunch of egg whites in the morning. I could easily increase my protein intake when I start cycling if it is necessary.
