How the heck do you mix all this and how much do you use?

normal dose is 40-80mg/day start off with lower dose and increase based upon your needs
I am sorry can not help you with mixing, why not email supplier and ask for directions?

Inject 1ml of your nacl into the vial of igf-1lr3, swirl it around to mix. Keep refrigerated.

When injecting into yourself, you must only use an insulin syringe/needle. The 50 unit (1/2ml) syringes will work better than the 100unit (1ml) insulin syringes. 1.Withdraw 5units of your reconstituted igf, this will be equal to 50mcg's. 2. Then go to your vial of sterile water and draw 40units (0.4ml) of water into the syringe containing the igf. Be careful not to lose even a drop of your igf into the vial of water, no reason to waste any igf. 3. Inject entire amount into muscle.

Do this after each workout. Your 1mg will last for 20 injections at 50mcg/inject... which for most people is roughly a 1 month supply. 50mcg's is a standard dose. Some take less, some take more but most people will notice positive results from 50. Best results will come with a very high protein diet.

Here is the way I did it.

First, you want to remove the vacuum from the vial, you can do this by venting it.

After removing the vacuum SLOWLY add your solution to the vial. Try not to let the stream hit the powder directly, try to let it run down the glass into the powder. When the solution is in, gently swirl the vial until all is disolved. do not shake.

A 1ml syringe is marked like this llll10llll20llll30llll40llll50llll60
A 1/2 ml syringe is like this llll5llll10llll15llll20llll25llll30

On a 1ml each line represents 2 units 2,4,6,8,10
On a 1/2 ml each line is 1 unit 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. this makes it easier to measure.

So if you use 1ml of solution, on a 1ml pin, each line is 20mcg. on a 1/2ml pin each line is 10mcg, if you use 2ml of solution 1ml pin each line is 10mcg, on a 1/2 ml each line is 5mcg...the 5line is 25mcg, 10 line is 50mcg...etc

With that being said, I think that the easiest way to measure is using 2ml solution and a 1/2ml pin.

To get 50mcg, just draw to the “10” on the syringe, and then fill the rest with your water.

RM, you have good info there, no reason to disregard it.

One excellent point you bring up is reconstituting it with 2ml's. Some people prefer this as the amount injected (50mcg's) is easier for some folks to measure out at 10units rather than 5, especially if they're using 100unit pins.
