Default Gaining weight on DNP
This is my first time on dnp but i've seemed to have gained 3 lbs in the last week and i know i'm not eating 3500 calories. Is it possible to hold that much water or am i just underestimating my calories and doin the damn near impossible and getting fat on DNP? Thanks

Yeah bro, water weight has alot to do with it. This same thing happens with guys on DermaTherm.

A few things can contribute:
(1) How much activity / exercise are you getting in? With DNP reducing energy, you may find yourself slowing down activity.
(2) How much are you eating, and are you avoiding the appetite cravings?
(3) Water weight
(4) weight measurement at regular, consistent time (i.e. taking into account the 'dnp shits')

on you finish, give a week time and then check your stats again and you will be surprised

Appreciate the help been off for 3 days now and lost a total of 12-14 lbs (not for sure if i started @ 236 or 234) but worked really well after i gradually uped my dose. Think i got powder instead of crystal like i was anticipating so it took a little more to notice the effects.

Powder is in facts MORE POTENT then crystal form.

how's your weight now? were you a fatty or just looking to lean up some? the reason I ask is I do really well on PSMF/carb cycle type diets.. Not sure if its worth it for me to cycle DNP.. im not really at an optimal trained state..
