Haven't been on the board in a while. This place is a ghost town since the classifieds were removed. I guess it shows where most people's priorities are/were.

a special thanx should go out to the guys who make this board happen,the information in these forums are invaluable! i have learned new training techniqes(sp) that are mindblowing.there is more info about bb here at meso than i have ever gotton from mags,books that i have collected throughout my training years. and need i say this is all available to us for free.thanx meso

I will never forget that kid that said he wanted to, "live the crazy steroid lifestyle..." he was like 140# lol
