Going to take the plunge and go with Phreezer's 8week cycle of sus decca and dbol but

What I am not 100% clear on is how to administer post cycle treatment.

I understand that I should take either Nolvadex or Clomid but their application is not clear to me. I have searched and found that some people say start to take it before you have finish your course i.e.

"It would seem wise to take this drug in conjunction with any steroid cycle. Most reported a dosage of 10 mg to 20 mg daily got the job done"

Other sites say

"About 1-2 weeks after your last injection you should take 50mg of Clomid each day"

I think that I will be getting the Nolvadex so what is the best way to take it? One of my mates reckoned he took it the entire time he was on his cycle regardless of whether he needed it or not - but I thought it should be used only if you start to get symptoms of gynecomastia?

I’m sorry if I sound dumb - but I’d rather be dumb and get proper, safe answers than be even dumber and keep quiet and hope for the best!!

I would take clomid at 100mg/day two weeks after your last shot for 14 days, and then down to 50mg/day for the next 14.....I've been doin it this way for awhile and the boys and everything seem fine......just be sure that you do PCT..

also bro i would at the VERY least do 10 weeks....maybe even 12...At week 8 is when you will REALLY start seeing and liking your gains and i don't think you would wanna stop then.....Its up to you....IMO i would go longer tho.....better results and you would be happier going longer.......

but im pretty sure i will only be able to get hold of Nolvadex not clomid. What kind of dosages should that be taken at?

Is clomid better than Nolvadex or are they basically the same?

Are there other things / precautions that should be taken for PCT or will Nolvadex be enough?
