i have a pectus excavatum, which is a chest deformity. its not THAT bad, but i dont like the look of it at all. can u give me an honest opinion: do you notice it? if i was on a beach would you? anything in particular i should improve on? my friend said shoulders. what do you think reinheart? =] back: ![]() front: ![]() ...can you notice how one peck looks different from the other? is it that prominent? its because of my pectus. side: ![]() can u notice how my upper chest looks squished in? this is because of my pectus. others: ![]() ![]() now... ready.. me, 2 years ago.. |

I'd suggest you put your money in your own gym membership if you haven't already. Take advantage of your youth and naturally high test. levels and train hard and eat well now as all above have stated because now is your natural window of opportunity! also no offence, but i think saying that all indians have the same genetics or for the most part cant gain muscle is a bunch of bullshit dude ... i knw a few north indian dudes at my gym who are in incredible shape ... its probably thinking like that - that has you in the shape you are ... it doesnt matter what ethnicity you are, what your heritage is you can gain mass if you want to. You have to train right, eat right, sleep right - and yea bro you are no way near ready for juice - blaming your heritage and gentics for the shape your in is a bunch of lame ass excuses ... "most people from my background are naturally weak" - thats a terrible way of thinking im not trying to put you down, its just the truth

Here it is: Monday: Chest, Biceps, Forearms, Abs Incline Bench Press: 4x6-10 Flat Bench Press: 4x6-10 Incline Dumbbell Flyes: 4x6-10 Cable Cross-Over 3x10-15 Barbell Curls: 4x6-10 Larry Scot: 4x6-10 Seated Alternate Hammer Curls: 4x6-10 Wrist Curls: 3x10-15 Reverse Wrist Curls: 3x10-15 Crunches: 3x12-15 Hanging Knee Raises: 3x12-15 Wednesday: Back, Traps, Triceps, Abs Wide Grip Pull-downs to the front:: 4x6-10 Bent Over Barbell Rows (Wide Grip) : 4x6-10 Seated Cable Rows (Close Grip) : 4x6-10 Deadlifts: 3x6-10 Dumbbell Shrugs : 4x6-10 Triceps Pushdowns (Straight Bar): 3x10 Overhead Dumbbell Extensions: 3x6-10 Scull Crushers (French Presses): 3x6-10 Close Grip Bench Presses: 3x6-10 Crunches: 3x12-15 Hanging Knee Raises: 3x12-15 Friday: Shoulders, Legs, Calves, Abs Overhead Barbell Presses: 4x6-10 Lateral Extensions (Seated): 3x8-12 Bent Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Raises: 3x8-12 Front Dumbbell Raise: 3x8-12 Barbell Squats: 5x6-10 Leg Press 5x6-10 Lying Leg Curls 5x6-10 Standing Calf Raises: 3x10-15 Seated Calf Raises: 3x10-15 Crunches: 3x12-15 Hanging Leg Raises: 3x12-15 I know it seems a lot of work but that's it and it has to be done in an hours time. You should start it at monday and do it for 6-8 weeks and see how it goes. I'll get a diet ready for you as well but i'm going to need some more time. I'll have it ready by the end of the week. Feel free to ask anything you like. PS: Don't forget warming up as it is crucial.

blahman ! welcome ! your getting some excellent advice from some great guys use it and be patient. you will grow Rein great job on the work out plan blahman I would suggest if you can scrape up the money to get your own gym membership and spend some money on some good supplemnts also you should be trying to consume at least 1 grm of protein per lb of body weight, you should also be taking a good multi vitamin, and some amino acids can i suggest find a supplement store buy yourself a 5lb tub of protein powder,$35-$40 avoid the "gainers" they can contribute to some additional "fat lbs", get a good multi vitamin you can save some money if you goto CVS for this you should only pay about $20-30 max, if you can get some branched chain amino acids $20-$30 and if you have anything left some glutamine powder $20 Judging by your pictures your about 140 lbs that means you protein intake should be 140 grm, if you have a post workout shake use 2 scoops of whey and a teaspoon of glutamine that should be about 44 grms protein mix it in water if you can get another shake try to get it at night before bed 2 scoops = 44grms that is 88 grms total leaving only 52 grms left to get which i am sure you can get thru regular food. 1 can of white chunk tuna has about 42grms leavign 10 gms easy the aminos you can take randomly thru-out the day with meals, of which you should be trying to eat at least 5 times a day (no rice krispy treats ) maybe one on the weekend you see protein is the building blocks of muscle growth with out proper diet and supplementation you will be beating your head against the wall, and have loger recovery times, i have seen guys like you build and grow muscle like crazy just by following some simple rules good luck and i wish you the best STAY OFF THE JUICE BRO !
