im 18, 5'6.5 and 141 lbs. a few months ago, i was 118. I had to do some serious diet changes, started working out at the gym instead of doing body weight exercises at home, and also, i had some cytogainer. i can't goto the gym a lot because i need my friend to sign me in as a guest. this means i only get to go about 3-4 times a week, which isnt that bad. i plan to goto Tijuana soon, and I definitely want to bring something back with me. before you bash me and tell me that im too young, let me explain to you my situation. my genetics are terrible. theres no one in my family that has a good strong physique. everyones weak. my brother is 5,5 about 145, and chubby with a big ugly stomach. he eats healthy! he is a vegetarian, and almost never eats fast food. my dad is about 5'5 too, and hes 130, and pretty weak. if you care, my ethnicity is Indian (asian Indian, not native american). most people from my background are naturally weak. i just want something to give me faster gains. the only part of my body that i am really proud of is my arms, they are OK at best. everythingelse is really sad. im not expecting to turn into a bodybuilder overnight. i just want something that'll help me out for a while and make the muscles grow quicker the naturally. ever since my recent weight gains, i have been dedicated. i am focused on my body all day. i'm thinking about trying a light dose of a particular gear, but i need someones advice. i will NOT go overboard on it, im not stupid. i workout 3 days a week, i hit upperbody one day, lowerbody the other, and the third is back+abs. i workout until muscle failure. i notice how everyone says that people around my age are too young. is there any grounding for this absolute rule? i want to take a small dose. and i WILL still work hard and remain dedicated. my main problem is that when i gain weight, even by eating clean foods (dairy, chicken breast, oats) i have still been gaining fat on my belly i swear if i gain 10 more lbs it will look bad. i can attribute this to my genetics. genes for indian men are known for storing fat at the abdomen. should i just UP my ab workouts for this? i've been training for about 2 years. if you REALLY believe I can't use steroids, can you recommend anything that will give me that extra boost? i've been reading about NO xplode thanks for ur response, and yeah i cant stand those kids who just post without reading. |

I suggest you try them all and decide which combinations work the best for you. Also, don't exceed 12-15 sets in the large muscle groups (Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders) and don't exceed 12 sets in small muscle groups (Arms, Calves, Forearms). Regarding the abs now, you are going to be fine with 3 - 4 exercises of 3 sets each. Do them 3 times a week. Keep training short and intense. Don't stay in the gym for more than an hour or so and the non weight training days add some cardio, 20-30 minutes with a medium pace. Sunday is a rest day. Let me know what the results was and from then i will be able to give you more advice regarding nutrition. When it comes to supplements now, You definitely need a good multivitamin, some whey protein and no explode would be nice as well, pre -workout. PS: Most men aren't done growing until they reach 21-23. Puberty might be over by 18 but the body isn't fully matured. This means you could get yourself into some serious trouble if you start messing up with your natural hormones at a young age.

If you go to Tijuana bring back a pair of fake Oakley sunglasses and a fake Coach purse for your girlfriend ! I am saying this to make a point bro..If you find gear down there they will see you coming and you will get fake stuff. Spend your money on protien powder,weight gainers,creatine,vitamins and food.Read some of the posts on steroids forumn and learn from guys just like yourself how to gain naturally.Quit blaming genetics and do the research,you can gain I promise.If you have a belly then re examine your diet and cardio output.Please keep posting on Meso and keep asking questions.Rein is very good about helping guys in your position..he will walk you through the steps...dennis

thanks a lot for your help guys, im going to use all your advice. i do not train in the gym for more than an hour. my 2 friends that goto the gym with me tell me im a punk for that, but its THEY who have not increased their stats since they've joined. i on the other hand have come up a lot since us 3 started going btw, im an ectomorph. very thin ankles and wrist. until recently, i used to be able to link my fingers around my ankles!!! not anymore though =] question: why train abs every workout? why not give them some recovery time? i will definitely look into trying 1-2 cycles of gear when i reach my 21st birthday, is this ok? If you have put on 23 pounds in just a few months, then you are doing something right. You are not even CLOSE to needed AAS. At that rate, you could put on another 23 lbs be the end of the year. At your age, taking hormones could perm mess up your own hormonal output. Also, you need a solid foundation before you build your house. If not, then the muscle you gain will quickly be stripped away shortly afterwords. If you are gaining fat in your stomach, then something is off in your diet whether it be the wrong types of fats/protien/ and carbs or maybe you are eating too much of one and not enough of the other. Also, you should try doing some HIT cardio on your off days to help burn a bit of that fat. Post up your exact diet and perhaps we can do something for you

if he is a hard gainer which is what it looks like, why worry about a little bit of belly fat? Just up the calorie intake of clean foods and put on as much muscle as possible, then worry about cutting down afterwards. I think doing too much cardio might hender his gains. Also, might wanna give the 5x5 program a run. Its three days a week and good and packing on size and strength

Everyone on here is giving you great advice..something i really agree with is not worrying too much about belly fat right now..just bulk up and gain muscle,mass,strength for now..you can cut body fat % when you reach 185.eating the rice krispy treats and crap that will hurt you..you need to consume massive amounts of cals but it is better to ingest better cals than bad cals...good job bro..stick around..looks like the boys have taken you under their wing !
