I am about 5 weeks into my test cyp. cycle at 400mg a week plus 50mg a day of proviron and one 10mg nolva per day. Gains finally started hitting me, but i am gaining a considerable amount of fat also. I am 6'2 220lbs, Not sure about my bf % yet. I got a lot fatter in the face and stomach as well as some little love handles. Its not a huge deal at all, you can only really see the stomach fat when i dont have a shirt on and sitting down. My diet isnt really clean right now, but i am started a much cleaner bulk tomorrow. I would like a good fat burner but not sure what to get. I dont want any drugs used as cutters, just something over the counter. I also would like to steer clear of any appetite suppressants, for obvious reasons. I was thinking that a good thermogenic might be good, but i would like some advice on this. Any product suggestions that fit this kind of criteria would be very useful. Thanks! |

To be honest mate i don't think you need a fat burner.I think you are just eating too many calories.How many calories a day do you think you are eating?. I know people say eat,eat,eat on a cycle,but there is a limit and if you exceed that you will get fat. Drop the calories a little and you will stop getting fat. When you have finished your cycle and PCT then you can drop the calories a little more and up the cardio and you will lose that excess fat with a good diet and training regime. www.muscletalk.co.uk |

yeah, my diet isnt completely perfect. Its ok, but not perfect. If someone was to around the right amount of calories per day, but a lot of fatty foods., they would still get fat right? Or to gain fat are just taking in too many calories? I know the diet is number one, but i was thinking adding a thermogenic to my workouts might help, or is it completely pointless? |

I've had great success with an ECT stack, 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, 1g tyrosine. I have also included 5mg yohimbine HCL. I have noticed that i do need to be more aware of the time during the day because if I don't, I'll go too long with out eating. I still cheat once in a while, but my diet is pretty clean...consistency is the key. Try taking 1-2 g tyrosine 2 x a day, that with help your energy alot. Maybe your eating too much from smoking the ann arbor "bud"! Just kidding bro, Im from Mi too. I worked in Ann Arbor....lots of hippies and tree huggers.
