Lightbulb Good Meals

I am trying to put on mass and feel i eat the same thing...what are some meals/food that everyone eats...let me know..thanks for the help...

I am 6' 2" 195 lbs and i want to get to 210

If you are trying to put on mass bro then eat MORE of everything.
Tuna
Chicken
Red meats
PB
Milk
eggs
pastas
Just it it all....but larger amounts. IMO when you're trying to put on mass there is'nt a right or wrong food just eat up. Cut the BF later.

try this...get a packaged meat in a box from the refridgerated isle at the store....hormel brand is good...the best are pot roast and turkey....they take less than 5 min to cook....then...
...for a protein/carb meal, use the turkey and put the entire meat over brown rice or whole wheat pasta and some veg.
...for a P/F meal, use the pot roast and put the meat on some vegtables that you like....
I just ate a pot roast over broccoli and caulliflower for lunch...70g prot/30g fat/very few carbs
