try this...get a packaged meat in a box from the refridgerated isle at the store....hormel brand is good...the best are pot roast and turkey....they take less than 5 min to cook....then...
...for a protein/carb meal, use the turkey and put the entire meat over brown rice or whole wheat pasta and some veg.
...for a P/F meal, use the pot roast and put the meat on some vegtables that you like....
I just ate a pot roast over broccoli and caulliflower for lunch...70g prot/30g fat/very few carbs
