got gyno?

i'm on 500 test en/week and 20/dbol ED, i was taking 10nolv/day but my nipples have been, it seems, constantly hard, they are sensitive but i don't know if it's not just from me checking for gyno all the time, i don't really feel any lump behind the nipple, my body tends to carry some fat on the under/lower part of my pec as i have a large chest that seems to take most of my workout.
i have upped the nolv to 20/day in the past two days because of fear that this is actually gyno. can someone just clarify for me what they think it to be, there is no itching involved whatsoever.

If it isn't visible and there isn't a painful lump behind it, it is all in your head. Stop playing with your nips bro!

Sensitive hard nipples is not quite gyno,but it is an indication that aromatise is happening..
If you start to get swelling/elevation around the nipples or a hard lump under the nipple then you're getting gyno.
Beware of the d bol.
Theres no point taking it if it's just going to aromatise, get some adex or letro

Good answer. And taking 20mg per day of Nolvadex should help out a bit. You should be good in a few days to a week at 20mg per day of Nolvadex and lower to 10mg per day if you continue to need the Nolvadex.

Agreed. And if after a week at 20mgs you STILL feel it, then it is in your head. Just make sure not to touch them at all for the next week so you are not irritating them

If your nipples hurt then that means that gyno is in the process of growing, take care of it now, your nipples should never hurt.

And since its only hurts and theres no gyno YET,, use arimidex it should be the best for that, or if you can't get that then use nolva
