got a lump....fake gear?

what are the most obvious signs of fake gear? got a lump at injection site does this matter?

The only reasons I have had what feels like a lump is when too much gear is injected at one time or if I inject very quickly.

Fake gear generally has nothing in it so in my experience it actually causes less discomfort. I would not worry about the lump being fake gear.

it could be from a number of things dirty gear, bad injection, took much b.a in the gear, what was it you shot
