I know some will freak on the dbol, but I'll bet it would be from more of being an parrot rather than experience. Dbol causes lean muscle gains with fat loss, sure some water retention is possible, but really with the over-preventive measures that most take, plus the fact that the doses would be around 20-50mg/day, it shouldn't be a problem. It causes a reduced appetite. Even while being on a reduced calorie program and doing much training, it will help with an increased pump which will transfer into more motavation in the gym and other. It will counter the diet blahs with it increased well-being feeling. Really I fell that Dbol is good for 'kick-starts' and dieting, and pre-workout.
Keep all doses sane cause so many unnecassarily over-do it because joe-schmoe does. Arbitary example doses -
Prop around 280-700,
Tren around 280-420, Masteron around 280-420, Dbol around 140-280/week, Cytomel around 50mcg/day, albuterol around 8-16mg/day ~~ Of course this is all relative to the person and experience.
