A national competitor told me that carbs shouldn't be taken for at least three hrs after taken your gh shot, it would make gh ineffective. Is there any validity to this? I personally never heard of this. I want to make sure I am not wasting my gh. Any feedback is appreciated. |

hmm, gh raises insulin resistance. so if your goal is fat loss, taking in less carbs would help the gh's effects on fat loss. now if your bulking, youll wnat those carbs to cause insulin release to try and make up for the resisitance casued by the gh to keep your body in an anabolic state. guess it depends on what your reasons are for using gh. that is if my theory is right |

Total horse shit of course. The whole point of using exogenous GH & insulin is to facilitate the presence of these two hormones simultaneuously. This is not possible, generally speaking of course, naturally, as increased insulin has been proven to blunt endogenous GH secretion. The only possible effect carb ingestion would have on GH would be a direct result of insulin. What else do carbs do? Nothing. We all know that GH is basically useless for the purposes of anabolism in the absence of insulin. I will add this. If exogenous GH efficacy is blunted by carb ingestion within 3 hours of administration, I know a lot of top guys who are wasting a shitload of money. That's it in a nutshell. Rex. |
