my question maybe off the beating path here but i am desperate!
my wife has a disease that i will not name!

this didease has caused her to have extreme muscle atriffy (sp)
i had put her on 50mg a week dose for 6 weeks of primobolin a couple years ago -
obviosly she was much stronger but when she stopped she lost strength and weakend her immune system

the fact that the bennefits werent perminant make steriods alone not an option since she cant take them forever- she is in her 30s (still young)

she is very thin since she doest eat much

she continues to disinagrate - waste away

her desease is bacterial - it is not contagious and is not an std

it is similar in side effects to MS or parkinsons

Dr treatments havent been working
her disease is not terminal - she will just live in pain (joint pain) and be completely fatigued - also has alot of neropathy (tingling in limbs)

obviously her condition is also making her very depressed

i was thinking maybe gh would help with her immune system, her neropathy, her joint pain, fatigue, and muscle loss.

what have you come accross in info that would suggest that gh can actually heal the body

shes 5'6" about 110lbs

currently she is basiclly in bed all the time - she has no quality of life and very unlikely that she will get better-

she is disabled!

I've been taking Jinotropin for 3 months now (1 IU/day). I haven't seen any results whatsoever. This is my first time taking HGH and I thought I would see fat loss after a month or so. Also...I thought I would see other benefits such as better sleep, mental clarity, etc. Is there any truth to the better sleep, more energy, etc. part? Should I be taking a higher dose? I'm not taking anything else at this time. Someone please advise. Thanks.

Also...can someone please explain how is it so that "fat loss" is probably the number 1 benefit from HGH yet HGH makes you hold water weight??? (I've read several comments on this) I don't understand.

as far as the water,DNP makes us hold water to and we know how good that is for dropping fat ... I'd say 1IU/day is pretty low but i've never used GH

I've never used HGH either, but 1 iu per day does sound low. Did you read this entire thread? On page 2 I found this:

I have been looking around to compare what kind of dose this is. Probably too little but let me know what you think. Oh yea, expensive as hell $15/shot. The syringe actually seperates the ingredients so when you use it you twist the plunger and it then mixes the ingredients for injection. I guess this helps with the shelf life. After mixing it says to inject immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. I live close to Tijuana Mexico so once I have a little more information I will go down there and see what I can find.

OK guys, here is my first post. Please don't flame.

I have a 1000iu kit of HGH from Gen coming in. Would 5iu a day for 200 days be too much. I'm pretty sure that I will not be shooting insulin. I will have t3 on hand and will use it help out my natural secreation. If this sounds like too much, please advise the longest one person can go or should go on HGH?

I will also be cycling on and off with AAS during the HGH cycle.

I have all my GH powder in a collection of 4iu bottles. Convenient since I'm doing 4iu/day. I do two shots/day. After adding bac water, I insert my 1/2" needle & draw the liquid into the .5cc syringe (BD Superfines). Fine. But next time the needle cannot get all the liquid through rubber stopper, so (not wanting to waste) I generally use a small pliers to open the aluminum ring & get the stopper out. That way my 1/2" pin can suck up all the juice. I alcoholize everything I can, but how much of threat to sterility is this plying off the stopper business?

I would start out low and work my way up over time. Water retention and painful joints can be a problem when starting out high all at once. Give your body a little time to get used to the extra GH. Start with 1.5 to 2 and add 1 IU per month. If water retention/joint pain gets to bad back off then add back a little at a time.

Are you buying directly from him??? Maybe he will just write you a script and let you shop for it. If so, try www.jentropin.com. You will have to draw your own needle but much less expensive.

Where did you get your Jintropin? Straight from them or a third party? HGH is very sensitive. It does not take much to destroy it. Also, 1 IU is a pretty low does. Bump it to 1.5 then 2 and see what happens. Fat loss usually takes 3 mnths to start noticing then at 6 you should really see something. If you really want to know if it is working have your Dr. check your IGF-1.

Thanks to all for the great info on HGH. My big question is how and from whom I can get a prescription when my G.P. Doctor doesn't want to even discuss muscle growth with me. He is a great doctor otherwise. I am in fantastic health actually thanks to my local gym and alot of hard work. Just want to be the best I can be.

Phenomenal post....the only thing missing would be some advice on how to cycle your steroids throughout a long cycle of GH (which you recommend doing at least 3 months of) and how to use the T3 for an extended period of time...i.e. If one was to stay on GH for say 3-5 months you obviously cannot use AAS that long and T3 that long so what would be the best way in your expert opinion to cycle them over the duration of a GH cycle that is 3-5 months long??? Any opinions or advice would make this really more complete....keep up the great work this board is the best!!

Hate to slightly change subject..... However, muscles aching and joints hurting from the "transition phase" of no GH therapy to 4weeks on GH at 2iu, 5 on 2 off days. This is my first GH treatment. I know it takes a while to get over this soreness but damn it's effecting workouts. Opinions on how long (2-3 months?) it takes to get over this would be great. It is my understanding that it is the joints tighting, etc... Taking 600 mg Sus/100mg Deca weekly. Lots of protein and glutamine, etc... I had NO soreness until I started using the GH. Mornings are a bitch!
