Default GH fat loss

If diet and exercise remained equal, how much more fat loss would one expect to see running 3ius of GH a day, say on a monthly basis?

a lot...shot it am..when you up..then do cardio and then 1h after you shot it eat breakfast..in 2-3 months you can come from 11%GF to 5-6%BF

I would say 3-5 pounds of pure lard will come off. Of course you can up it depends on how much cardio you put in. But it all depends on how much fat you're carrying. If you're already sub 10% then I would say 3 lbs. are good per month. If you are carrying 300 pound of excess fat then more will come off.

What really matters is how you are eating. You still have to eat clean to loose BF. GH just accelerates the process.
