WTF? you are kidding right? tell me you did not start using aas with absolutely no idea what you are doing. this is what gives aas such a black label. you are one of the same people that will go on tv telling the world how aas fucked you up and that you will never be the same again. ignorance does not protect you from what you do not know. damn this shit pisses me off.
Nolva would be your best option against symtoms of gyno. Take 60-80mg/ED until symtoms subside. Then take a maintinence dose of 10-20mg/ED throughout the rest of your cycle.
I agree with bigpmp here. If you are not sure about anything...research, research, and do some research before starting any cycle.

why wait till you start having symptoms?anti-e's are cheap and readily avialible.go ahead and take them through out your cycle.10 mgs nolva ed or .25 armi will be plenty to combat estrogen on a normal cycle.now im sure that you have everything needed for pct,right?

It was sustanon and equipoise, but this shit still pisses me off. Damn it, I spent months on here researching and learning to do this shit before I ever put a pin in my ass. These newbies are really wearing me thin. Next thing you know one of them will come on here saying.
I am 6'3 140 and I just started taking 1000 mg of test and 600 deca per week. Can I expect any result? Are there any sides? By the way, will some one go to the gym and lift for me too.

You guys crack me up...LOL Nooooo. I have not started my cycle yet. That is why I am asking for advise. I have my gear, I am just trying to get some help. I know nolvadex is cheap. I buy it in Mex all the time. I have already tried differet types of cycles w/out nolvadez and never got gyno. But since I am trying something totally new, I wanted someones elses opion. I hear different stuff from different people all the time and it is hard to take advise. But since this is a reputable site that is why I am asking.
