Gyno help !!!!

I cycled with out knowledge of all side effects including GYNO about a year ago !!! I have small bumps under my nipples and some slight pain now. I have been reading and trying to figure out if surgery is my only way to get rid of the GYNO if anyone has any suggestions that might help they would be greatly appreciated. I would like to cycle again only this time I am way more knowledgeable but I am scared of making things worse so I would like to correct the problem before going again ...... Thanks for your time and all comments are very much appreciated.

you can do always cycle,but add strong anti e,best is for you to add 1mg arimdiex a day! but when you save money,make surgery and rid of gyno

bad advice as usual

i would take care of the gyno first-then cycle

you should try a course of letro-some have used it with some success in reducing gyno lumps.

use letro wisely though-and do your research on dosages

Letrozol at 1mg a day for 2-3 weeks has been effective for myself and others,with gyno lumps under the nipple.

still, he may have flare ups if he is on anti e's and using something that increases prolactin or progestin, like tren. People have had good success with letrozol, but we also don't know how bad his gyno is, and it wasn't caught early either, so it may be useless. But regardless, I'd probably take care of the gyno first, then start your cycles. But its your call bro. Before you start your next cycle post what you are using in here, so if there is a problem we can let you know before you start.

A year ago? It's probably permanent now, but if you do try letrozole and it works, let us know.

Just to give you a little hope, I have the same situation and I am taking 1.25mg of Arimidex (Anastrozole) each day. Femara (letrozole) and Arimidex are both good aromatase inhibitors which block production of estrogen. I am on a pretty heavy cycle now of Test Enanthate, Deca, and Winstrol. With half a tablet ED (1.25mg) I still have the lumps under my nipples, but they have gone from the size of a silver dollar to the size of a quarter and are no longer sore. They do not protrude from my pec, which is the main thing that I want to control.

The only problem is that the Arimidex is super expensive, about 10 dollars for one tablet. Of course, I am taking the real stuff made by AstraZeneca, so it is more expensive than some of the foreign copies. Worth every penny though, plus I know I am getting the real stuff at the right dosage!

i have small lumps under both nipples from a year ago. i recently cycled 500mg test e p/w and 30mg dbol p/d and had no ill effects. just dont go overboard and manage it wisely... i.e. i always keep anti estrogens on hand in case of flare ups... but remember everyone is different this just my experience
