Default Gyno From HGH??

what's up fellas?? Its definitely been a while, as my computer caught some nasty ass virus and it took me a while to replace it.

I just finsihed my 12th week of HGH (Nutropin AQ, 4 IU's/daily, 6 on/1 off) by itself, without AAS. For the last month or so my nipples have been killing me: soar and tender as hell, puffy, the works. I immediately started taking .5 mg/day of IP's Arimidex - and although I noticed a decrease in whole body water retention, there was no noticeable improvement with respect to my nipples. for the last week and a half, I upped the dose and have been taking 1 mg/day - and they are seemingly getting worse!!

has anyone ever had this problem with HGH, or can offer any insight as to what's going on?! does IP's A-dex just suck donkey dick?? Is gyno from HGH even a result of increased etrogen, or, can it be progestational or prolactin related??

hope all has been well with you guys.

Looking forward to see a reply, from others but this is based on what I have read, "Another problem associated with GH is higher prolactin levels. Not many people know of this side-effect, but it's true. Some are more sensitive than others...but it happens to everyone if you take a high enough dose". Given that it increases prolactin levels (as opposed to estrogen) Arimidex will do nothing you may want to try Bromocriptine (Parlodel®) at 2.5 to a maximum of 5 mgs daily.

If you dso please post how it works, I am starting 2ius a day in the next week.

Nutropin is a top-notch product, so you're getting your money's worth – full effect – with it.

Problem izzat occasionally exogeneous human growth hormone has been known to raise prolactin (not progesterone), as Mr Rick said. Both prolactin & progesterone an lead to abnormal breast tissue but prolactin (from what I've heard from those who've experienced it) leads more quickly to excruciatingly painful lactation of a clearish liquid. HGH can cause excess prolactin, my friend, just like Tren can. The best response to prolactin is Dostinex (aka cabergoline aka cabaser). Get some and use it fast, following the instructions (or use 50 mcg 2x EW).

havent heard of hgh causing gyno...even prolactin gyno which is hard to get (in most people)..

if so, I would start nolva at 40 mg ed...if onstart of gyno...but if you sensitive and you know for sure its prolactin, then dostinex is in order...not sure if it is...rarely heard of this

It may not raise prolactin but it has a similar effect on prolactin receptors, or so I've read:

"Synthetic HGH is comprised mainly of the 22Kda (kilodalton) isoform. Natural HGH the body produces is comprised of a multitude of different HGH isoforms with different binding affinities. The 22Kda isoform makes up the majority of monomeric HGH the body produces, yet is still a very small total percentage compared to the ratios the pituitary releases.

22Kda GH has an extremely high binding affinity to the extracellular prolactin receptor domain (PRL-R). To a greater extent than 20Kda HGH or other HGH dimers, tetramers, etc.
This means that synthetic 22Kda HGH WILL activate the PRL-R just as prolactin would.
So, it is not an increase in prolactin, but rather the direct HGH affinity for the prolactin receptor that causes the sides attribited to prolactin induced gyno."
