I have developed some minor gyno (I actually had it before I even used a test supp.) It's only on one side and about the size of a quarter. My question is are there any anti-estro's out there that could actually reverse the gyno after it has already developed and if so, Which would be best. An aromatase inhibitor like femera/arimidex, or a receptor antagonist like nolvadex/clomid?
If it's already a hard lump and been there for a sustained period of time... surgery is probably your only option.
If you decide to do a AAS cycle, you'll probably need to use an AI or something like raloxifene or nolvadex from the start, as you'll probably aggrevate the pre-existing gyno quickly.
Best regards,

I read that letrozole is the only Aromatase inhibitor that can reverse gyno with a minimum dose of 2.5 mg ed. But at this dose it seems that the sides are very harsh.Does it work for every stage of gyno? Ask the question to your doc.
YEah if you have raging gyno, but much lower doses for prevention. If I had starting getting gyno I would use 1.25mg ED until it subsided then drop to .25mg.
Is this from pubescent gyno? I have a similar situation and a major predisposition to storing fat on my pecs. Even when I was 9% I still felt like I had bigger tits than most the girls I was dating. Big ribcage and pecs doesnt help but still.
I'm not sure what caused it ut I got it long efore I messed with any anaolics. When I was about 17 years old I took Androstenedione, that stuff Mark Mcguire took and I'm thinking that might e what caused it originally. I didn't use any anti-E's.
Take my word for it... if it's the size of a quarter, and hard... surgery is probably the only real solution. You can try long term Nolva treatment. Some studies have shown that it may help reverse the symptoms (ie hard lump) but as another post said, it'll always be there just waiting to flare up. I haven't read many studies about Letro, but lots of people swear by it, and call it the gyno killer. Eform ( a topical solution) I have used, and I don't have a high opinion of. Do some serious research before you start popping pills though.
