That's pretty generous of you.
My diet is going to change however since I just started my cycle today. The
EQ should up my appetite. But I'll take any advice you all give me regarding a diet on this cycle. I took my first injection today. I'm going to start a new thread used as a log complete with measurements, weight, and BF %.
Here is my exact diet, with little exception:
The protein I am using is MuscleMilk Cytogainer:
4 scoops = 150g - 580 cal, 79g carb, 54g protein, 3g creatine, 2g glutamine
Breakfast - 2 whole eggs + 1/2 cup liq. egg whites, 100 cal pack of instant oatmeal w/ honey OR a whole wheat english muffin (double fiber brand) w/ honey. 2 strips of low sodium bacon.
If I don't have that I'll have a bowl of Total cereal w/ milk, honey + protein shake (2 scoops).
Snack 1 - protein shake (2 scoops)
Lunch - Lunch is dinner leftovers + carbs. A bag of Uncle Ben's Whole Grain brown rice. Pretty much always.
Snack 2 - protein shake (2 scoops)
One hour later I have an
NO Explode shake. The link provides the nutrition info.
Once that kicks in I go and lift. Can't work out without it!
Post workout - protein shake (4 scoops)
Dinner - I make chicken parmigiana (I'm a guinea). Low amount of low fat mozzarella cheese. Try to use sauce with least amount of sugar/sodium. I also make chili. 97/3 ground beef. Bush's baked beans. Low sodium chili mix. Tomato paste. Sometimes w/ bacon. Sometimes not. Another meal is chicken balsamic w/ broccoli. Chicken Marsala w/ mushrooms. Lean ground beef hamburgers on a whole wheat bun w/ Stubbs BBQ sauce (30 cals, 220mg [9%] of sodium per 2 Tbsp). Very little carbs with dinner.
I also have these frozen chicken burgers. All-natural, not breaded. 160 cals, 7g fat, 240mg sodium, 22g protein. I eat these a lot. Top 'em with some chili.
If I'm snacking, it's always low fat vanilla yogurt w/ raisins (or blueberries) and walnuts.
I use milk with all my protein shakes. One percent Organic milk.
That's pretty much it. I'm on TriFlex for my joints. And I take a GNC Megamen multi.
