Default Having stomach stapled...

im 23yrs old weigh 430lbs stand 6 ft even 45% bodyfat. I've been fat all my life but ready to make a change. I want to start a cycle to get solid while the fat goes off. Is it safe to cycle after surgey and any reccomendations on what anabolics to cycle?

Any advice would be well appreciated.

I have a totally novel suggestion. Dude, this is so cutting edge and new that you will be absolutely flabbergasted when I give it to you. Seriously, this will knock your socks off.

You want to "get solid"? How about you put down the fucking McDonalds and pick up a can of albacore tuna fish and a few spoonfulls of oatmeal. When you're done with that, hows about you try this outrageous stuff we around here call "exercise".

I don't know. Maybe I'm losing my mind. There's a recipe for being a hardbody. It's very simple.

1) eat clean, healthy, unprocessed foods in the appropriate quantities
2) lift weights religiously
3) supplement this with several hours of cardiovascular activity each week
4) don't eat fast food, cakes, cookies, icecream, chips, soda, beer or anything else your tubby ass is used to doing. Obviously, what you've been doing is a bad idea.

And if you thought this was a flame and you want to get all offended and shit, don't even get me started because this was the very tip of the ice berg.

Sorry, man, I was at the end of a rant when I wrote the above, so it carried over.

Seriously, though, steroids shouldn't even be in your vocabulary. What you really need to do is get on a serious exercise program. It won't be easy, but, contrary to what you may want to believe, it ain't easy being beautiful. It takes hour upon hour upon hour upon hour for YEARS to look truly awesome.

If you dont have advice I dont need to hear from you bottom line.

Im already on a hard diet and exercise plan. but everything else is supplemental.
I run in the mornings and i do weights in the day. im very athletic for my weight i only put on the extreme weight after a work injury I suffered at the age of seventeen
that made me completly sedentary. I've rehabed my lower back so now Im ready. Surgery is for my problem with relapsing on diets because of the eating disorder ive had since childhood. Dont be an asshole. alright?

I havnīt read up much on cutting drugs, but have a look here and see if you can find some info.

You do need to do alot of research on your own though, and with alot I mean reading stuff a couple of hours every day for months.... You need to be sure what youīre doing and whatīs best for you. Maybe itīs not steroids or drugs, just plain and simple hard work.

I donīt personally know what itīs like to be overweight, I were always the skinny guy when younger. But what I do know is that you can make a change. Itīll take alot of time and hard work but itīs absolutely doable.

For the record, I, too, was fat all my life. I got up to 330lbs in HS, though a damn athletic 330, but that's beside the point. So, no, I have no compassion for you and your "eating disorder". Put down the fucking doughnut and take a jog.

You want to be in shape magically? Too fucking bad!

Grizzly may not always have the most tact, but his posts are always honest. The only way you are going to drop a shitload of weight (without surgery) is to push your ass away from the table and to go take a walk. There is simply no other way. AAS shouldnt even be a consideration for you, nor would they even benefit you with where you are at.

The answer to your weight problem is simple:
1) Eat less
2) Exercise more.
3) Repeat for the rest of your life.

no problems here with criticism, and hell he's probably right!, I can admit that but I still hate assholes that dont talk to other people with proper respect.

I've decided to hold off on the surgery and keep working out. maybe start some cytomel if my blood checks ok. I forgot about the amount of protein I have to injest to start Anabolics and Surgery would definently hinder that
plus the saggy skin factor was mentioned. Not good!

If you do decide to have the surgery, wait at least a year before touching any drugs. Your body is going to be so F'up that you might just kill yourself. BTW if you are so upset by Grizzly's comments, then your head is not in the right place anyway. You need to take responsibility for yourself regardless of eating disorder or back injury.

I'm flabbergasted by this...

WHY are you even considering steroids? What purpose do you think they will serve You?

Dude.. You need to Get down to at least 250-275lbs before you even consider using steroids... I'm still just so floored by this that I question weither or not this is just somone screwing around trying to get a rise out of people.

Steroids are used to take people passed the their genetic potential not to help you "maintain" all that muscle underneath the fat that you have aquired..

Look man, you won't get any benefit from using steroids.. and the fact that you are so obesse the health risks (Blood pressure, heart, liver) would be even more exagerated...

You just need to focus on getting healthy.. once you drop the weight (if you actually drop the weight, because I'm guessing that without the surgery you won't come any where close to meeting your diet goals) Then consider using the juice..

Contrary to what your friends have been telling you.. if you drop all the fat and keep the muscle ( like that's going to happen even with steroids) you do not look like Ron Coleman under all of that fat..

Stop trying to take short cuts.. stop jeopardizing your health further by looking for an easy quick fix approach.. you passed easy quick fix approach about 175lbs ago..

Hell no it isn't safe. Follow the doctors orders, whatever they are.

Don't take any cytomel; you're going to end up killing yourself by self prescribing meds that you don't understand...Steroids cause swelling, so juicing post-surgery would probably be bad since you'll already be swollen from the trauma of cutting into your mid-section and having your stomach stapled. Also, the "amount of protein" you would have to injest to use steroids should be the least of your concerns.

Good luck with your diet and wellness. Like someone said earlier, you've got some habits to overcome. We are what we repeatedly do, so if you want to be lean and healthy you have to do things (and eat things) that lean, healthy people do (and eat). Over time, adopting the habits of a lean and healthy person will cause you to become lean and healthy.
