that's a great video, probably the only one that takes an objective view. But it's been ignored by people who want to believe otherwise.

great link finally someone spells it out for all the ignorant people out there. now all we need is a link that proves you can't just take a shot sit on your ass and get huge.nothing worse then some dip shit thinking your only big cause you used.I wish i had a bottle in my pocket everytime i heard that because i would simply say "here you go,see you in a month when your huge".
