Should he pick up this package? Would YOU?

Allright bros, I could really use your advice here.
My buddy had several packages shipped to his apartment multiple times in the past, all from the same place.
Everything has been perfect. No problems.
Someone has been home to accept the package everytime.
This time he missed the first delivery attempt and they left a note saying that they would try back the next day.
He stayed home all day, but the delivery didn't come.
The note that was left the previous day said that if he missed it again, he could pick up the package after 3:00pm.
It's nothing big, just some clom and liq clen from a ugl.
Should he go pick it up or let it die?
Is he being paranoid? Over analyzing?
What would YOU do?
What SHOULD he do?

those items are not illegal. you do need a script but i think you are allowed to have them for 90 days use. not sure about clen though but anc. like clomid,nolva,dex are allowed to be used for 90 days without a script. im not sure hopefully some bros could help but i wouldnt worry about picking it up if i had ordered those. they arent scheduled III and i doubt they would bust him for that. if they do, then that is really fucked up.

You have nothing to worry about. I had a package delivered to me around may of last year and it was delievered by the US postal service. Anyway I wasn't there the day of the delivery or the day after so they left me a letter saying that I would have to come to the post office to pick it up. I was scared out of mind. So I waited about 2 weeks before I finally went. I had to bring my ID but that was it. I gave them my form that they left and gave them my ID and they just use it to verify that it was for me. I got the package and was on my way.

Those items are illegal, and if you are stopped by the popo, you could face charges, the 90 day rule is for border crossings, but once past the border all bets are off, either way I would pick the pack up if it were me.
