headachs on DNP

I did a search but I have a huge headach and can't stand reading right now. I have done 2 caps for 2 weeks and it did the same. Headachs started usually day 12 or so. When I stopped, that was real pain. Those were migrains!!!!!!

This is cycle 3 and day 5 and they started already. What's going on?

Not enough water? carbs?

I am getting about 1 gallon and usully more but at least a gallon.


Any new info would help me out. The pain is killing me.

oh, just an aside, anything to help me get my energy back? I am like a 90 year old man. I don't do anything but eat and drink and watch TV.

bump for Heretical for the goods.... I have lost over 20 pounds.....almost 40 total but the first part was from diet and lots of stairs....

I've never heard of a headache as a side effect, I suppose it's possible. Try upping your water to 2 gallons a day and see if that helps. As far as energy try taking ephedrine or clen, you may want to add some caffiene as well as that will both help energy and may help your headache.

you could have elevated blood presure due to water retention

check your bp , if that is the cause the headaches should go away

as your body flushes out the excess water from the dnp

i just started a 1 cap a day cycle, and yes, i'm getting the headaches too. It's tolerable so far, except when I bend down to pick something up. Then it's quite bad. I'm thinking it's not enough water, or higher blood pressure also. I am also taking clen along with T3, and I think the clen is helping me with the tiredness. Not much help, info was already said, just wanted to let everyone and -H- know that i am experiencing headaches too.

I also had quite a few headahes. Many times a few Goodys powders could handle it.

At least I'm not alone. I am upping my water today, 2 gallons. I will try and get BP checked asap.

The bending down thing kills me as well.

Are you taking clen as well? Clen usually gives me headaches, especially if I up the dose too quick. If not then yeah it could be your blood pressure/edema.
