I relocate for Moscow and am new to U.S. mail. should I have problem having my brother sending my supplimentations to here?

Yes I am growing impatient as supplimentation I prefer from my home. I shall solve i am sure. very nice community here.

Please forgive i am unsure of the openness of board but nothing you buy gnc store. My brother and I have been supplimenting for years with very good result.

My situation is not of outlet as in my neighborhood back home have been ready available for very long time. I have hesitation of the postal mail here. I do not know how it works much.

The board is as "open" as it gets.....but that means ANYONE can and will offer advise.

There will be people offering to "help" you out. Please be careful.

I've not been here at Meso very long, but would be glad to answer any questions that I can, or put you in contact with those with more knowledge than I.

It's refreshing to see someone so new be concerned with board policy and discretion. We have a few teenagers around here (chronologically or cerebrally) that would do well to follow your example.
