I got a letter from customs today and I got a package too.I dont understand how I got both?How fucked am I?

dont open the pack, leave it around your counter with a marker on it, "RETURN TO SENDER". It wasnt supposed to be yours anyways.
What did the letter say anyways ?

Who was the source and what did the letter say? Does the pack look in any way tampered with like it was opened and then closed back up? Do not open it.
