if your wanting lean mass, I wouldnt necessarily use the deca...actually, with a good training regimen and diet and being new to this, a
test only cycle at 400 mg ew is sufficient....actually, the key to gaining lean mass is diet and training...
that being said, I also like using
tren with
test e and a jump starter with some
var or dbol for first 4 weeks, but generally I like to see somone do that with a few cycles under them first..
also dont forget the anti e's and pct...you have a lot of research to do bro....check out ALL our articles that we offer, even if it seems not to apply to you...
