Help getting liquid out of vial

Basically I need to know how to mix two different liquids into one syringe. How do I put air into both of them to make it easier to get the liquid out. When I put the needle in the stopper in the vial do I keep it there after im done or do I take that needle out and use another one to poke another hole in it when I use it the next time. It wont leak will it? Sorry I just want to make sure of what im doin is right. Thanks in advance.

just shoot some air into the first vial, then draw out the gear
then take the needle/syringe out of the first vial, draw back some more air, and stick it into the second vial, shoot the air and then draw back the other gear...pretty simple
