help on how to start first cycle

well im kinda new to this forum so any help will be helpful to help me get started on my journey u can call it im 18, 189lbs, 5'9 and am lookin to get a good amount of mass but at the same time ripped i have bought 8 shots of 250mg of sustanon but really dont know if to take 250mg a week or 500mg a week, really need some help on figuring that out and also need to know if i should take anything else as im taking sustanon, really need help ready to start this monday coming up, any help is appreciated, i have been reading up on the board to get some knowledge about it but need some help thnx

i asked a similar question and everyon said to go w/500 mg a week......everyone had better results w/500 and the people that used 250 wished they would have started w/500....split the doses.... to 2 cc's a week

At 18 years of age I would hold off on the steroids until you are like 23 -25.

If you are 18 I would advise you to stay away from juice til your 21, you are still growin.
