Well, first of all, I have to ask... if I only do one cycle, is it going to be worthwhile? I've heard that the first cycle usually gives good gains and, if possible, I'd like to just complete one cycle and then hopefully retain the gains myself afterwards. Alright, so my friend recommended the following to me: Sustanon 250 HCG Nolvadex Clomid Do I absolutely need all 4 (well, the Sustanon, obviously)? I mean, I want to do this in the safest way possible with the least amount of side effects... it's just pretty pricey to get all 4. I'm male, 21, 5'10", 150lbs. I'm not sure what my BF level is... I haven't been to the gym in a while. I'd consider myself to be a "skinny" guy, apart from the little pooch I've gotten from eating fast food, haha. I'm hoping to kick-start things by doing all this and then hopefully maintain my success by myself afterwards. Alright, any suggestions/tips/advice would be much appreciated... thanks! I guess the reason I want to pursue this is because... well, for instance, over the summer I worked out quite a bit, but I didn't really see any gains at all. Seriously... nothing. I just think perhaps my body needs a kickstart to get me on the way, is that completely off base? Thanks. |

Here is the simple equation to building muscle. Lift something big, Eat something big, Rest, and repeat. |

Here's my advice -- once you are ready, think long and hard about your decision. I would not recommend one cycle to anyone. You will lose much of the gains (eventually) and you will have to fight hard through PCT just to get back to normal. Once you are fully recovered you will still need to work extremely hard and will likely not see any gains what-so-ever for quite some time. Even beyond that, you will never feel as strong or gain as fast as you did while on cycle. Why put yourself through that? If you are going to cycle, realize that you will have to cycle for the rest of your life to keep gains. Overwise, stay natural. Either way, I would stay natural until you have reached at least 3 lbs. of bodyweight per inch of height at < 10% bodyfat. |

doesn't seem like you're ready to be juicing. First work out regurlarly and force yourself to eat regurlarly. You can only gain from what you put in your body doesn't matter how much you work out. Once you plateau with that and you are still considering juicing do your research and think long and hard and please dont be afraid to ask questions. Also what joe meant by hurting yourself he means by going on a cycle to kick-start yourself your body wont be used to it and even though you think you know your limits maybe your body may not when juicing. Also by the sounds of it you are a little nervous about the stuff which is good because that allows for caution but even if you juice without proper training and diet you wont notice anything spectacular happen. |

I appreciate everyone's opinions, but I guess I was looking more for answers as to "how" I should do this not "if" I should do this, haha. That's a decision I alone will have to make. Of course I'm still considering it... I just want to make sure that if I do it, I do it right and I am hoping you guys can help me with that. I know myself and I know that it's hard for me to stick to something unless I think it's worthwhile. The problem with doing it completely naturally is that I lose heart after I don't see much of a change. So, I'm hoping that the roids will give me a boost, let me see the changes, and then work to keep them. Is that practical? |
