Help me on this one bro's.

Hey guys, i have been called to join the army and i selected to join the special forces. Good or not it's my choice and the reason i'm saying this is because i need a few tips on maintaining my muscle mass. I will probably have no access to supplements or gym equipment for a year or so and that can be a serious setback.

What people mostly do there is chins, push-ups, bodt-weight squats, abs and of course a ton of cardio and some swimming.

The only thing i am afraid of is the weight and muscle mass loss rather than the painful bad ass training.

PS: Don't tell me to shoot or drink ass to maintain or something like that because i am just not going to do it. It's not a valid option.

I would find a way to get food.. I mean the idea right now would be to work out for strength/mass and eat like a fat kid on his birthday. Other than that, you're pretty much fucked for the first year...unless you get in good with someone in the kitchen.

Basically i consume between 5000-6000kcals and training really heavy right now but i will be able to do it for a month and a half. Maybe a little more. Then i have to go to the army. God, i wish i had gone when i was 17.

The worst part of this is that i'm an ectomorphic guy which means that i have a natural tendency to have low bf%, paperr thin skin, super fast metabolism and a little more "nerve" than other people.

Combine these factors with low caloric intake, a ton of cardio and no weight training and name the result for me...

I know of your struggles with weight gain, pretty much the motivation for you to learn what you have.

I mean you can't take ANY supplements? Can you at least have your own food along with what they give you?

I am not really sure but i guess not. If yes i am thinking of taking with me my protein, bcaas, a good multivitamin and my omega 3.

Regarding food now i think the only food i will be able to get there is going to be the army's food.

Yeah, i thought about that but i fucking hate it. I would rather eat 400grams of raw almonds which give around 2500 good kcal and lots of healthy fat. =)

Better to be lighter and more mobile anyway. A small target is harder to hit.
Go with the training that the army advocates,they know there stuff, they've been in a shit load of wars kicking ass for awhile now.

I am Greek bro. Fortunately we don't have any wars going on quite a few years. I'm not that big anyway. I'm around 5'9 (181cm) and 180lbs (80kg).

Greek huh ?OK that explains why the army is ''taking" you.Food will be your best friend bro.I too am like you..remember muscle has memory and will come back quickly.Special forces training will have you shredded and lean bro..chicks dig that here in the States..just enjoy your tour and make the most of it being as positive as possible.After the first year or so you will have more freedom to eat and maybe join a gym....keep your head down bro..we all will miss you.

Well, that's the only thing i count on. Muscle memory. The millitary service we're all obliged to serve lasts one year, then we're free to free in the beautiful world again. Actually it was much longer like two to three years. Imagine that.

There is information though that within 2008 the military service will fall to 6 months and then gradually become free.

Anyways, I am going to miss you too bro. I'll get a few days off once in a while and i will log in to see how you guys are holdin' up! =)

I'm probably leaving in the middle of May. We'll see. The only bad thing is that i'm going to miss the summer. = /

Lol! I can't tell you for sure bro. I asked for test e and nolva from from a drugstore once and they gave it to me, no questions. I had problems at other drugstores in which the owners told me that i must have this kind of drugs prescribed. All messed up.

So damn cheap. Only like 1,70euros for a 250mgs vial of test e and only 10euros for 30, 20mgs strength nolva tabs. A friend of mine has bought restandol , deca, clomid and proviron as well.

The thing is that they will give you an amp maybe two a week. Not more by any chance. But it's still enough for a good bulker!. =) (Which i run to plan after i finish off my millitary service btw).
