Help, metallic taste in mouth?????

I am currently 6 weeks into an 800mg/wk test only cycle. Everything seems fairly normal (from what I have read). I understand that test is not the greatest for cardio requiring exercise. I have a problem that seems to be getting worse. The cardio training in specific is bike and stairs. When biking (recumbant) spelling?? anyway. The test just seems to help a little as I get a huge leg pump and my heart rate seems to be assisted for a pretty heavy workload. BUT, when I do the stairs, I cough a little when done and seems to taste metallic. The stair training is going up a 10 story building while wearing an 85 pound XVEST. This is quite taxing to say the least. It seams that when I push the cardio to heavy overload I have this problem. It also seems that I am now moving backward in my progress on the stairs. Meaning, I have stopped progressing and now may be able to do even less before I get winded and my legs want to give out. IS THIS AN excessice red blood cell build up?? Much feedback appreciated......

Further note: I believe the taste may be the iron in my blood cells. I was also taking a COQ10 supp until I got sloppy about a week ago. Thoughts please.

I dont know bro ... but i get the same exact thing when i push the cardio extra hard ... it tasted like i just licked the 9V ... i always thought it was normal

It may be that you have too many rbc's, try to get some bloodwork done to monitor it. Hematocrit and rbc's. How's your bp? Also monitor your urine output because a metallic taste can also be a symptom of kidney problems. Try not to overdo the cardio, with 800mg of test your goals seem odd if your trying to gain more endurance than mass, it's too high for that. So cut back on the cardio or the test.

Eating too much tuna can do it... it's one sign of too much mercury in your body. Look it up. But if it continues I would see a doc.

True , mercury poisoning, but he would prob. have other symptoms and the amount of tuna you would have to eat is quite ridiculous.

I just thought maybe iron from RBCs being high. You have me concerned with the kidney thing, as my kidneys did feel stressed with every pin of that you know what. I am having bloodwork done tomorrow. I'll let you guys know. thanks.

I wouldn't be too worried until you get your results back because you haven't been doing this long. I don't know your history. You will want to get a a CBC - LFT - CHEM 7 or BunCr. How's your urine, going to often, not a lot, dark urine, foamy urine, painful urine etc. Are you lethargic ? Any nausea vomiting Diarrhea? Muscle twitching?

really no other probs exept urine. Am going a lot and little action. I believe the pros may be swollen, but I would not have known. Usually I can just tell if I have had too much lortab or antihistamine. I think my prostate juices may be a little dry as well. I am going to bring all this up. I will write down all the test you mentioned. If there are any more, let me know (without getting excesive).. I dont want to push him. My reg doc is out for a while...

I have not taken anthing other than injectible test this cycle. Im entering week 7. I saw the doc today. He seemed ok asked me if I would like to see the endocr.., I said yes. This is a little bad in that now my blood work is delayed as he cant see me till early July. I got my new test cyp 250 today. I am going to go ahead and try to run this one and see if things change. I am concerned about the quality of that last test enan I am discontinuing. I think this may all be related. Today in the gym I could not even get it to loaf for squats. I was in fact at my weakest I have been since starting AAS 7 weeks ago. The enanthate was started after I finished the cyp 3 weeks into cycle. I'm starting to wonder if I have been getting anything at all. I wonder if I am just burning out the second half life of the pharma cyp and if I have been getting anything at all in the meantime. If things really turn around for me with this new cyp, I am going to have that enanthate lab tested for sure.

The vendor in question was the guy that was hot on the hot seat recently. I am not condemning anyone publicly at this point. I still feel and hope that he was legit. I like to stick with my first call. But I am going to have to be logical at this point. One thing is for sure, his gear hurt like SH!T. I gave it 3 weeks and it hurt the same every time!!!!! And thats not good!!!!!! Even if it tests out poorly in the lab, it might not be his fault 100%. Maybe he got screwed on his powder and didn't know it. Who cares speculation could go anywhere and last forever. He said, she said.... One thing I have learned from this experience is that UGLs scare me period. This does not mean that I wont continue to purchase from UGLs, but I hope to hell that I can research enough, and get some more helpfull information from some Veterans to help me rule out as much risk as I can. I would also like to thank those that have helped me to get the gear I have today. I feel a lot better now. Wouldn't it be nice to go down to the corner store and pickup some Watson or Upjohn. Yea, great fantasy huh!!!!!!!!!!

WEll . I see what your saying. Sometimes shit from good labs doesn't feel so good. UGL's are usually kind of averaged in their sterility. They aren't regulated by anything. So you really have to find something that has rave reviews. That's pretty much the only way.
