Default Help! No Appetite

Im on week 4 of a gram/week test and 500mg/wk eq. My appetite is almost zero. Does too much test hamper appetite? I know EQ should bring it up. WTF?

I am not sure about too much test hampering your appetite...im sure someone will respond to that...but I do know that injecting B-12 makes me eat like a son-of-a-bitch! if that doesnt work for ya, im not sure wut else might help....maybe take a few bong rips haha. just stay away from McDonalds afterwards. good luck brotha

What was your appetite prior to this cycle? Appetite being zero can be from too much sleep, not eating in the morning when you get up, not getting in lots of carbs and protein after working out...

The guy below jokingly mentioned to "stay away from McDonalds.". But in your case, I'd say go to McDonalds and fill up on some calories there bro. Sounds like you're not feeding the machine the right way. This obviously is a bulking cycle with the heavy test (though I would much prefer to go with bol or var with test rather than eq) but by week four, shit man, I'm usually eating like a pig.

I agree you need to be very consistent about your eating, and what times of the day you eat. Try to eat every three hours for starters, never forget breakfast!! Make sure that your feeding at the same times during the day, your body is a fine tuned machine which will react well to eating at the same time every day. You should see your metabolism spike and that will lead to an increased appetite. Also B12 will work, but I don't think that's needed. If your working out and eating regularly you should see an increased appetite.

If you’re not hungry by next week... your eq is bogus… have you made any gains yet?

something like that happened to me last cycle - caught a bastard of a head cold and lost all appetite even though I was on EQ and test enth - I just kept pounding protein shakes which kept my weight up. Good Luck bro that sucks when it happens.

I cant figure it out bro. Sorry to hear about that Im sure your frustrated as hell. Just try to get some protein shakes and drink those down if you can. The EQ might be bogus cause that shit should have made you max out on a couple of credit cards. Hope you figure this out.

Default same thing

the same thing happened to me. I know that everyone claims that eq makes you hungry, but that is not always the case... and here is why. 1: all three times that ihave taken eq i lost my appitite. Each time i took it, the eq was a diff brand. (i took over 500 mgs a week) 2: when i went to the doctor because my test levels where low i had a long conversaion with him... he told me that certain steroids will cause nuasia and gastrial problems. at a normal dose of eq your appitie might go up, but when you up to dosage of certain aas your appitie will go down b/c your body is fighting it. It all has something to do with your red blood cells. so, my conclusion with eq is this: find the dose that works well with your body, and don't go over that. some people can take a shit load and others don't react well to high doses. Keep in mind people, every drug out there has warnings of side effects that can happen in a small percentage of people. Some people can't even take advil... so by all means, there are going to be some people that simply can't take high doses of eq.
