Default Help on getting bigger????

I'm 5'-10" and I weight about 145lbs. I've started working out every other day since April 2008. I'm trying to get into really good shape and to put on about 30-40 lbs. I'm pretty sure I'm not at average size for my age. I'm only 22 years old. So I'm looking and getting into the mid 170lbs to about 180. I don't want to be super big or anything. I just want to be nice and ripped. I know it won't be easy, but I'm trying my hardest. I eat 3 meals a day and I have 3 shakes a day. One in the AM and 2 after I get off work at 5pm. I've also been taking No-Xplode before I work out. I don't really see how that is helping me, but I take it anyway. I've been working out since April and I'm not noticing any significant changes in my body. I look a smidge bigger, but nothing more. It sucks and I'm getting so frustrated. I should mention I have a high metabolism, but I still think if I can get some gear I'll be fine. I've always thought about taking up on some gear, but I'm really hesitate to get scammed or something, ya know. I don't even know the first place to start looking and a lot of friends of some of my buddies have gear and I don't know where the hell they get it from. There are so many places out there that can scam you that for me I wonder where they get it from. I've looked at BD products and they look legit, but I still dont know. I know a lot of people get their gear from underground places. That is something I want to look into cause I really want to get some gear. I think it will def. benefit someone like me into reaching my goal. I dont plan on abusing them and turning into a 250lb freak. Not to mention it be obvious to all my friends and family that I'd be on juice. I think getting some gear will def. help me get to the 170-180lb range. Where can I look at getting some? Also what would be a good kind to get for someone like me? Is injectable better then oral or are they both kind of the same as far as the results you see? Any help would be great and I'm not looking at causing any trouble. I'm just a guy who hates the way he looks, even though I have like no fat on me and people would die for that, but I want to get ripped. I don't want to work out for ten years until I see results. I'm a hard worker and I try to to my best when it comes to working out and I just get frustrated, ahhhhhhhh. So again if anyone has some advice and can help give me a shout. It's all greatly appreciated. Thanks guys...

lots of questions.

read the stickies on fist cycle..read the pct primer...write your questions...if u search it wil probably find an answer.

youre small...dead lifts, squats, and sandwiches will be your reason to live till you learn some more..

try oatmeal, natural fats and red meat instead of AAS

Your not even close to ready for a cycle. Your 22 5'10" 145lbs? You've been working out since april of this year and don't have the results you want. Kid grow up; your the reason steroids are illegal. It's impatient brats like you who don't want to do any work to sustain any kind of real wait gain. I have an idea if you want to gain more wait suck on your moms tit more until you get the protein you need to grow. Why don't you try to train for at least a year naturally before you go messing up your natural test levels. WOW what a f***ing idea. Stop wasting the time of the people on this board.

EAT EAT EAT your not seeing any gains cause you look in the mirror everyday try not looking at your body for a month eat train and sleep you'll see gains.you can take all the gear you want but nothing will be gained but water unless you eat. force feed yourself it gets easier after a few weeks.3 meals a day isn't enough try 5 and clean calories.and again force feed yourself. put yourself on a eating schedule and at that time eat no matter if your hungry or not. and at the gym every set till failure.then get good sleep. i would say it works out like this-%45 calories %30 training %25 sleep. Try this for 2 months and you'll see no need for gear yet

Fast metabolism is just a cop out, I have heard that so many times form people with no idea.
Usually they don't have enough will power to really do the hard work in the gym or the fridge.

Try putting these foods at the end of and in between meals
Bread
milk
peanut butter
sugar
Bananas
All of them not just one of them!
