HELP - Should I be concerned?

Im freaking out a bit... Been taking ECA for about 3 weeks now and I am noticing that my body is bruising constantly now. Basically anything is giving me a bruise. I had a pimple on my arm... popped it, and then next day... green bruise where my fingers were.

I wasnt terribly freaked out till this morn though. This morn, I woke up and I felt like i had to blow my nose. I did, and there was quite a bit of blood in there. Now, if I put a tissue in my nostril, it comes out with some blood on it. Should I be concerned? Is this something that is known to happen while on ECA?

Been monitoring BP - about 140/85 average.

Let me know... pretty scared right now.

Def go to the doctor, the ECA may have thined your blood some? or something along thoes lines to make you more sensitave and give the nose bleeds.

Hey... called the doc who said it didnt sound like too big an issue - probably was caused by the A in the stack (but its a doc - shouldnt they be more concerned? didnt even tell me to come in). I have been taking 325mg 3x/day. I didnt think that would significantly thin my blood though. Im going to stop taking it and see if the symptoms go away... if not then goin to the er...

The nosebleeds btw... it wasnt enough to actually come out of my nose... it stayed inside. Just wanted to clear that up.

Should I go to another doc and see what they say or just trust this?

i think on the back of an asprin bottle it says will thin blood, so hes probably right. your ECA is it combined or seperate? Cut down on the A some imo

Its separate. I was just taking the A that I had in the house... Maybe I should get some of the 81mg low dose? Or maybe I should just leave it out

You could always lower the dose, and if things dont change then try leaving it out.

If you are taking 975mg per day you are taking waaay too much!
An eca stack should be 25mg ephedra 200mg caffine and 300mg asprin per day, period.

wow... well thats a surprise. The stuff I had read said to take it up to 3x daily. I basically get no effect from caffeine at all, so 3x a day really didnt bother me... but I guess it was bothering me on a different level.

Anyone take it more than once a day? I just ask b/c all the OTC fat burner pills you see now (which dont work at all) contain 2-300mg caffeine and you are supposed to take it 3x/day. I understand that the E changes that, but I didnt realize it changed it to such a degree.

I was taking the ECA to determine how I would react to it before running a DNP cycle. I was following the dosing from Payette's DNP cycle. Anyone care to throw some more insight into this discussion? Experiences with different doses?

but the diet pills you see at the store don't contain asprin... in no way should you ever be taking a gram of asprin per day!

It's pretty standard for people to run 25/200 three times per day. It's a lot to start out with, but I think it's a reasonable upper dosage to titrate to.

You're a tougher man than I. I would have concerns of the same hemo issues that this guys is dealing with at nearly a gram of asprin per day. I get great results with only 16mg albuterol and the aforementioned 25/200/300 ECA stack spread evenly through the day.

Exactly... 300 per DAY... I was doing 325 per DOSE... 3 doses a day.

As one of the first posts said... 975mg of aspirin a day is WAAAAY too much.
