Help with test enan cycle

plan on running 500mg of test enan weekly (with bi-weekly injections) any suggestions on what to take along with the test such as arimidex etc... or should i just take the test by itself and follow up with a good PCT.?

Is this your first cycle? Youll want to have some a-dex on hand but dont take it unless you start to get gyno. The first sign for me is sensitive nips. Then I would start the dex at .25mg EOD (at 1mg per ml). If it persists you can bump the dosage up as far as .5mg ED but no higher.
For your PCT you should start Nolvadex 10 - 14 days after your last shot of test and run it 40,40,20,20 and mabey another week of 20 if you dont feel totally recovered. Thats 40mg ED the first week, then the next and so on. Make sense? Also you should read this sticky here. It has all the info you need.

What to "take " with test:
1.extreme amount of calories. 2.extreme amount of protien.
3.and do not "take" any bullshit from anyone !
