Folks need advice

I am 30yrs old, 6feet tall and arnd 220lbs

I wanto get rid of some extra fat and build some lean muscle. dont want to bulk up already am bulky. Want to build good definition than bulk. Where do I start from? Is the cutting cycle for me!

Gurus please help.
