heres how i use

i only take it in the morning because it causes me not to sleep otherwise.
take it with food, ive personally used the l-
clen without food and it made my stomoc bleed after a few days.
ramp it up slowly, or as not to bring on the sides to fast, for example..
day 1 20mcg day 2 40 mcg day 3 60 mcg day 4 80 mcg etc. etc. i personally can only stand about 125 mcg per day and im 220lbs. i dont think theres any reason to ramp it down.
drink plenty of water.
i recomend doing much reading on this stuff befor you/he takes it, its not a casual drug to be taken lightly.
