I ordered 12 weeks from *********** I finished the cycle and now on PCT. One thing I noticed, I've never been sicker in a 3 month span. I took Test Cyp, Test Prop and Tren A. I never got the "tren cough" but got 2 colds in this 3 months time span. I have shortness of breath sometimes, sometimes I get a chill (which I rarely get seeing I'm hot all the time) and I have this nagging ass cough and it happens mid day into the night. Its a cough where it's annoying..say if I were talking to someone or on the phone, it acts up..and it's a dry cough too. Im wondering if the purity of the gear I ordered was good....anyone come up with some ideas?!? I still have a friggin runny nose at times where mucous is somewhat thick. The brunt of the cold was about 3 weeks ago or so. ![]() Idol Last edited by HDH; 04-12-2008 at 01:06 AM. |

I take Rx nasal spray already for allergies. I know allergy symptoms quite well. This is a very different feeling. Maybe it is too much overtraining and not enough sleep...seeing I get up at 4am and work 10 hr days. I also thought the Tren A could be the lil bastard doing this to me. I know a few times when I injected and blew my nose like 15 min later, this nasty goldish yellow mucous would be on the kleenex. I do eat well and take vitamins every day. I know Im not sleeping during the week like I should...only getting maybe 4 1/2 hours a night, work 10 hrs then train 6 days a week at an avg of 90 min a workout. It just feels like a train hit me... Sounds like you are over training. That will also hinder gains. 45 min to an hour per workout should be fine if your hitting it hard and heavy. Do you work a different muscle every night? HDH

WTFYou deserve to be sick if thats what your really doing. I promise you will have meny other problems on the way also, Long-term consequences are things like HBP, heart problems by age 50, diabetes risk, the strength of your immune system down, Impaired memory Stroke, Hardening of the arteries, irritability, depression and even ED. One other important thing, Impaired glucose tolerance. which means weight gain.

What everyone has said is exactly what could be causing this. Not to mention there are a ton of respiratory illnesses hitting everyone and the cough and mucus part of it can stay with you for many weeks to even months. I know people that got sick in february and STILL are coughing a lot (especially at night when laying down)

Bro If I look at your symptoms it just sounds like you are the unlucky 'Joe' who picked up a pretty severe flu virus along with some other chest infection. The moment that happens its time to put your pride in your pocket and abort the steroid cycle immediately. High androgens like test cyp and tren A can really hammer an existing weak immune system and you just get worse and worse when a viral infection sets in. Another serious danger is that your heart is going to get damaged or sustain some sort of damage if you are training through the flu and the steroids are going to contribute to that damage. Get a strong antibiotic like Zithromax (azithromycin) 275mg 0r 500mg Take the 3 caplets over the 3 day period. Its a very aggressive antibiotic and works extremely well. I hope you get better bro but lay off the gym and gear, and completely rest and start again. You can always build muscle but its very hard to repair a weak and run down immune system not to mension a damaged heart.

Update- I went to a local ER and had chest Xray done. Here I had walking pneumonia and also acute bronchitis. I learned that it's going around here in the mid west so I was put on the Z pak along with aresol steroid inhaler. I feel a lil better already. I went to a Dr weeks ago concerning the cold I had at the time but I realized he was a quack when after leaving the office realized he never even checked my lungs/breathing. As for deserving to get sick comment...I think that was quite ignorant in itself to even wish someone that. Karma is a funny thing bro Thanks to all who gave their 2 cents. Appreciate it....and now feel better knowing what is going on after being examined. Idol |

My whole point was that your stupid and have no common sense if you only get 4 1/2 hrs sleep a night, everynight.

| I never get sick. Even if my entire house is sick (wife and three daughters), I rarely get sick. On the very rare occasion I do get sick, I can ALWAYS trace it back to not getting enough sleep.
