hi i wont to take steriods for the first time in my life.i have been gym for last 1 year.i am 29 years old. please could someone help me by telling me what steriods i should take for the very first time. what ever happens i am going to be taking something to help me on my way i no full well that steriods can harm me in meany ways.i am 10 stone and find it hard to put on pounds.i am eating well and been using maximusle cyclone, promax ,creatamax extreme creatine. i proberly dont wont to get as big as most of you do.i do not wont to be taking steriods for years too.i just wont to take steriods say 2 cycles and try to keep all that i put on if you no what i mean.please help me out.please dont tell me to go away and do more reading up on taking steriods,please dont tell me im not ready for them yet,just tell me what i should take cos im going to just take them anyway.i no someone must be able to help me with what to take for the first time.

Pay particular attention to the links for test cypionate, test enanthate, test propionate, and sustanon. Also, do some research on PCT (post cycle therapy). Hope this helps. Yes, if you're not going to change your mind as the person above said, your cycle should look like this: Weeks 1-12: 500mgs Testosterone every week Weeks 1-4: 30mgs Dianabol every week (optional) Weeks: 15+16: 40mgs Nolvadex every day Weeks 17+18: 20mgs Nolvadex every day I would also suggest adding 2 proviron tabs every day throughout your entire cycle (weeks 1-12). One in the morning and another one after 12 hours.

hi and thanks for getting back to me so soon.this is not what i wonted to hear but there you go.its made me feel sick.so im not ready for steriods,i am going to listen to what you have said to me as i never listen and allways end up in trouble.im just sick to death of being a skinny little twig,ive allways been skinny,i had a real hard time at school because of it i got beat everyday anyway anuff of feeling sorry for myself.i workout in gym 3-4 times a week and i lift as heavy as i can.how many more years ruffly would i need to workout before i should think about taking steriods.when would i no that i was ready ?.i have been reading up on taking steriods and working out and all that alot.but one site says this and one says that.it just feels like i dont no what to belive and i feel fustrated.i just wish that arnold schwarzenegger would come and train me up and show me how and what i need to do and tell me when i was ready for juice.but that is'nt going to happen so i quess ill have to struggle and proberly never end up with the body i dream about.everyone at my gym tell me that steriods are bad and that if i do them they will turn there back on me,but there not a twig like me see ,atleast most of them have a little muscle.i feel bad in myself when i walk in the gym noing im so small,i feel like they all look and laugh at me cos of how skinny and silly i look and that is why i got it in my head that i will take steriods right now so sorry if i come across like a little twat in my first post SORRY.i am im going to read up on this site everyday and learn all i can from all yous lot and hopefully one day i will get the body of my dreams |

Remember, good form is a must to get the most out of each exercise and muscle gains, not ultra heavy weights with sloppy form. ![]() What time do you wake up in the morning and how many meals do you have per day at this point? Shoulders and traps are worked in Friday, not Wednesday. My bad. I missed it! You can rotate your routine to achieve even greater results. For example chest day could be: Week 1: Bench press: 5 sets with very good form and 6-10 reps Dumbbell Bench press: 5 sets with very good form and 6-10 reps Dumbell Flyes: 5 sets with very good form and 10-15 reps Week 2: Incline Bench Press: 5 sets with very good form and 6-10 reps Incline Dumbbell Press: 5 sets with very good form and 6-10 reps Incline Cable Flyes: 5 sets with very good form and 10-15 reps

hi im up at 6am or 9 am depends how i feel, i find it really hard to eat breakfast,so most of the time dont eat none if i do eat breakfast its just 2 bits brown bread toast.after i have been awake for 2-4 hours i can eat ok, by say 10am i have eaten 2 bits of toast and drunk a protein shake.12 i have tuna & brown pasta + sweetcorn. and some fruit 4pm 1 chicken breast and brown rice+protein shake 7pm jacket potatoe+ fish & maybe some peas then drink creatine then i go gym for 45 minits to 1 hour 8.30pm what ever my girl has cooked for us 10.30pm steak & some fruit 11pm protein shake i go to bed about 12 pm most days also must i add i never really eat all on my plate i find it a real strugle to get it all down. and the eating times i have given is not very accurate too Last edited by biggerbuds1000; 09-09-2007 at 09:13 AM. |

Seventh Meal: 200 grams yogurt and a fruit of your choice. This plan is going to put a lot of pounds on you in no time ONLY IF you keep everything in check. Some chocolate in between wouldn't be bad either for the extra kcal. You will supplement with a good multivitamin, a good protein with A LOT of aminos, creatine and hmb. Creatine should be taken first thing post-workout with a serving of hmb. The other two servings of Hmb should first thing in the morning with the multivitamin and before bedtime. No one said it's easy bro.
