I have recently read that enduance sports....cycling, running...I do anywhere from 50 - 300 miles a week cycling and then 200, 300, 400, and 600 K rides going from 10-40 hrs riding at a time once or every other two months. I have been doing this now for about two years and have found that I have been having increasing problems with ED. I suspected perhaps that my hormone levels were out of ballance. I did a saliva hormone test and it confirmed my suspicions. my estrogen levels were way high, and my dhea and testosterone levels were way low. I am interested in how I might be able to use tamoxifen to reduce my estrogen levels and increase testosterone. I am not a bodybuilder and do not go through the cycles that are mentioned here for testoserone recovery...so I guess the question is how do i use the tamoxifen to restore my levels to more normal and would I use the combination clomiphene/tamox or just tamox. Thank you |
