Default Hit my Sciatic nerve (again) and it hurts. Some advise on NOT doing this again?
I've got some little book w/ a drawing of some guys ass and a circle of where to inject. My ass even is shaped just like the drawings making it even easier.

I draw a circle w/ a sharpie and I bury a 1.5" needle. I'm only putting in 1cc per shot so that should be nothing for my glute to absorb.

2nd time now (to be fair the 1st time was during my last cycle about 4 years ago) to hit my Sciatic nerve and I have a very sore leg.

Can I get some advice on how to avoid this again?

Maybe I need a different book!

stay away from the crack of your ass the the why i do it is flex your ass and find the middle of and you will be far away from it try it out it works

Stay away from the middle of your ass .. Always shoot upper outer .. Might seem like your going to hit your back but you wont

i inject in my quads and delts. saves me on paine i really dont want. i cant imagine how much that would hurt. hope you feel better bro!

I actually like glute shots better because i go deeper,can use 2ml and pain is less .. less pain probably has alot to do with me not having to use glute muscles and flexing them all day .. Pain isn't bad at all either place but shoulders seem to be the spot for most pain .. not much just more noticable than glute or quad

I just did 4ml for the first time in the upper outer left cheek. 1-1/2"

I cant wait for the soreness tomarrow!!!! YAYYY

2ml Tren E 200mg/ml

yeah i like the quad the best but i like to have 4 places to hit.
