without more info we can't make much of your results. Is this your first cycle? How long have you been training? If you're a 20 year old college kid on his first cycle that only trains chest and biceps and you eat like sh_t your results are mediocre at best. However, if this is your 10th cycle and you've been training/eating/resting correctly for 10 years solid and suddenly you've achieved these presonal record breaking results we all want to learn specifically what you did to accomplish this. For instance I could say I added 120lbs to my bench press. Alone that is a jaw dropping statement. What I'm leaving out is that I trained heavily for years then had to take off 4 months due to a serious injury. I added the 120lbs to my incline barbell lift in a short 3 months naturally with the 5x5. I had muscle memory and years of training experience to build off of. Adding the last bit of information makes a big difference. I'm saying it's all relative. Post more info. Keep lifting hard and eating right. |

I am 23 years old, I have been training for 6 years pretty steddy i have about 1 year off in the past 6 years at most and that would be a few weeks here or there. this is my first cycle. I eat well sleep good and lift hard. I have been powerlifting for the past year or so, and that is a raw PR on the bench Im buying a new bench shirt that should put me up well over 415.

sob sob ,I've done myself a mini pec tear,so I'm looking at baby presses now ![]() I'm no power lifter,I was on my second rep of 142kg when I felt it go,not much pain but immediately I took the weights off to try 60kg and yep shes was'nt feeling very good. Your strength is going up really well EPower,I liked your post the other week,you said "I am going to break the state bench press record" thats the way bro. Wait till you get that shirt on on the day you will be amping! |

Max Bench 435 lbs Omnadren 500 mgs Tren E 300 Anavar 75 mgs Deca 320 mgs * As I tapered off of Tren E, I brought in the Deca. Didn't want all that progest. When I increased the Var dose from 50 mgs to 75 mgs, I really noticed a strength increase within 10 days. Increased 20 lbs on bench max. just from introducing the Var!! A bench shirt is made from very strong fabric. it acts almost like a rubber band. when you bring the bar down the shirt fights to keep it up so it makes it hard to get to down. The shirt stores energy and when you push the bar up the shirt gives it almost a spring to help start the lift off. Go to titansupport.com and look at the shirts or inzer. you can get a better idea that why. When you have a good shirt that fits right its hard to get the bar down. If you have a raw max at 315 and put on a good shirt it might take 365 to get to your chest. Its really amazing what you can do with them. Also some ppl use them not to get more weight but they will use a much bigger shirt that they can put on themselfs just to keep there form good and keep from hurting themselfs.

gains like that are cool but every guy I ever seen get gains like that tore his pecs some time after - the body needs time to get used to that strength bro

Sounds to me things are going well. When I first started out I had the same results. After you put on 30-40lbs body wt. those gains don't come as fast. Sounds like your on the right track there bro. Try stacking with dbol 50mg a day and watch what happens. Remember to let your ligaments and tendons to catch up to those dramatic strength gains. Good luck. Bp
